[qote="Mariyta"]We have been told that mafia were seen handing each other items last night. So far, you are the only one who has volunteered that information.

[/quote]

Where is this pertinent information.

No he claims all he knows about is he dropped blockbus, which Mole has already picked up, and Ibby has claimed to give him her item.

Now without any explanation at all, there is an MoS vote thats for pressure, and two people hop on.

Now, how many people truly expect Fritz to be pressured, how many people think that this is a lie and not a misunderstanding, etc, etc, etc.

You keep saying this, but I haven't gotten anywhere close to a consensus on the matter. I'm definately not for claiming it just because one person wants the info. What I would like to know is why you find it so incredibly important.

It should be obvious by now, the person I gave it to hasn't claimed yet. You can narrow it down pretty far from there. Also, the item is
not
alcohol if that is part of your curiousity.
We have been told that mafia were seen handing each other items last night. So far, you are the only one who has volunteered that information.
Mariyta's right, my pm says I can either keep the item or drop it for the town, no giving to other people. Oh, and IH, it is in one of the newspapers. I'm not sure if I have a vote, so
Unvote, Vote ibaesha
and
Minor FoS Fritzler
because I'm not so sure scum would give an item to town.

Apparently you failed to read. I asked Raj about the items and he did indeed say we could give them at night. My PM doesn't mention giving them either. However, you don't even need to take my word for it. Read the rules.
Rule #2 wrote:2. Players now have the choice of dropping it, keeping it, or to give it. Dropping an item will allow anyone to take it the beginning of the next day. If you keep it you will be allowed to use it next night phase. If you give it the person you give it to can use it starting that night.

I don't fail to read, based on my PM, and the Newspaper, I assumed that town could not give. When I looked at that rule I thought "just because the rule had it like that didn't necessarily mean everyone had the option."

Lets clear this all up,
mod, can you clarify whether town can give items?

Your assumption is wrong. Everyone has the option. If you doubt me, check with the mod. And might I add that just because the newspaper says scum were seen giving each other items, that doesn't exclude town from having given items last night.

I know all the things I used to come to my conclusion do not necessarily mean town cannot, just, imo, they indicate it is more likely that town cannot.

This is the reason I haven't voted you yet :) I also don't think after reading the newspaper headline, you'd claim to have given someone something if you were scum (major WIFOM, I know). However, that doesn't exclude the person you gave the item to from being scum. And I also realize that the scum involved are most likely in those left to claim and my bringing up the newspaper headline may cause them to rethink their claims. :( /fail

Ibesha, here's a question, why did you give him your item? If you're town, wouldn't you realize he could be scum, and you would be hurting the town? Even if town could do so, I don't see a reason why they would give it too a random person, whom they don't know to be town or scum.

To rephrase Yagami's question more precisely,
mod: do all players with the option of dropping an item also have the option of giving it to a targeted player?
I think it's pretty clear that TSS's awesomeness did alter the roles each of us recieved, and thus he's obviously pro-town. -- Save The Dragons

Why mention those who have the option of dropping? If you were going to say it better shouldn't it be "Do all players have the option of giving an item to a target player?"

As people walk around in the morning they find some items lying around the town square.

Items on the ground:

    Purse

    Cloth
    Blockus
    Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Blackberries
    Unreal Tournament Disc
    Staples
    Fish
After looking around they find the body of scotmany12, the explorer possessed by the ghost of Megan. You notice that the back alley behind a couple of Freaktown businesses has been destroyed. The town checks for any items on scotmany12 and found Painkillers, they put it in the pile of items on the courthouse lawn.

Everyone enters the courthouse to discuss what they should do about the death of scotmany12. When they enter they see three Newspapers. The town passes the Newspapers around looking at the headlines.

Okay, I forgot about that, but my question semi-remains. I still don't understand why someone would give someone else an item like that when you don't know if they were scum or town. You still could have helped the scum out with that.
On a side note, just noticed the item gave was one of the items I have on my list of wanted items.
