You can't have gotten blocked unless there are 4 scum, though.
It may be Pareto-optimal not to lynch nacho today, but I don't trust you all to understand the math behind why.

On why it may not be optimal to lynch nacho today:
If there are 3 scum, nacho is confirmed scum. Therefore, in a 3p lylo, he should be auto-lynched.
If there are 4 scum, nacho can still be town.
Basically, lynching nacho today if there are only 3 scum is the same as doing it tomorrow. If there are 4 scum, nacho can still be scum, but I'm not sure if he's the most likely (I want to reread the game)
