Everyone does remember that this is the game with fixed deadlines, right? It shouldnt become too onerous to keep up with. And the SA people are quitting at a rather feverish pace. This should be a game people can reasonably keep up with in short order. But between the replacements and the distractions and the mod getting his work access blocked... this could very well die. Which would be a damn shame, because I want more deadlined games.

... they're dropping like flies. Is this game dead before it finishes Day 1?

the fact that this game had deadlines was what appealled to me...

Mod, can we get a vote count?
I dont think this game is that near death, but we need energy..

The mod has very limited access - can someone with good votecounting skills / mod experience take it upon themselves to do that?

This is legal here? I've never played where this was allowed, because people, you know...lie, creating miscounts that no one checks, causing people to claim who shouldn't have to worry, etc.

Honour system. People can check. If you faked it you'd be quickly caught.

More importantly, are you actually planning on playing for real now? O_o

I PM'd the supposed back up mod, Skruffs, who has been posting on the site in his games. Someone should PM Mith, this setup had promise and shouldn't be allowed to die, it should either be taken back on or mercy killed now.

Sorry, he had not PMed me that the game had started - but I am the backup mod.
Could someone tell me what needs to be done?

Vote count for starters. Theo's last was over a week ago but was accurate at the time.

I suggest you ask for a back up to the back up mod as well, because this game had a lot of the naughty SA people (as opposed to the good ones, of which there are also several) and it needs a few replacements. I would volunteer to help mod but with so many replacements needed, I think its better I keep playing.

Thank you for hopping in. It may be a little challenging at first, the natives have gotten a little restless.

I would love for all of you to kindly post:
Who needs prodded
Who needs replaced
And (if you'd like) Who you are currently voting. With this many people it would do me a great favor.

Anyone who's not respondign to this in two days (or who I find hasn't posted in over a week) will be prodded, and I will put a preemptive link up on teh Replacement thread for the inevitable fallotu that has already happened.

Tarhalindur, Aimee, 50 lbs of bread have posted. Battle Mage has not.
That's about all I can do *tonight* but I will make sure to keep in touch with the thread.

If you all want to do me a quick favor (Discard eariler requests) look at your name on the player list, look at the player just below it, and then check to see when that player has last posted. If it's more than four days ago (Before October 27th) Just say so in thread and I will Prod them! Thank you.

I'm funny how? I mean funny like I'm a clown, I amuse you? I make you laugh, I'm here to f-ing amuse you? What do you mean funny, funny how? How am I funny?
I don't know. Are you here to fing amuse me? I don't even know what a fing is. It sounds like the noise a bell makes when you flick it with your finger.

*fing!*

*fing!*

Also, where is everybody? It'd be rad if we could get a bunch of people to chime and and confirm that they are still in this darn game.

Wisdom can come from the most unlikely of places.

Am I softclaiming now, ABR? Bite me.

Sorry for the antagonistic nature of this post. I'm a little frustrated with how this whole thing is going.
