It's important to note that the Terrorist should be the target Today. The Terrorist still has at least two kills per cycle, but as importantly, the lone surviving Russian is now boxed in hard. It's not impossible for them to win, but their path to victory goes through
1) GreyICE being endeadened by means other than the factional kill, and
2) being able to survive MagnaofIllusion's Fail Safe, i.e. Moai doesn't reach endgame.

Even if one of them is the remaining Russian, it's still a hem. Moai-as-Russian in particular cannot win this game without GreyICE being lynched or hit by one of the Terrorist's weapons. Meanwhile, tbqh Russia's best play is to hit Moai Tonight while there's still a wide pool of bystanders and pray that the Fail Safe misses them. (Moai dying does not strictly imply that GreyICE is scum, so it's up to Moai who to target.)

So in summary I'm going to chalk up this GreyICE wagon as a not-gonna-happen-Today sort of thing unless people have better reason to buy into him being the SK than SpyreX, and ohh haay is that UT coasting behind LLD on that wagon why yes it is huh I couldn't have imagined UT would be in such a position on a wagon on someone the Russians can't unilaterally kill

- got excited in sign-ups and explictly said i wanted fate to show up
- saw reck, zito, ut show up and had a tear filled moment of pure happiness
- get sk, be for total war, draft counterintelligence
- proceed to hatefuck all my memories

I play to win, yes. But more so i play to have fun. I came back because of memories not of the victories but the people i enjoyed. In no universe, none, is fate my n1 choice. Ever ever ever.

This is leaving aside gameplay things like
- sabotaging mastin who would clearly have been my secret ally for chaos into
- telling zito i saved him into
- panic? Nuking a sub when id be the only one whod know better.

So first I want to look at the timing of the Sub Nuke on Papa as opposed to when Spyrex first claimed to have sabotaged Mastin.

3720 is the announcement of the Terrorist Nuke. Andrius’s previous past was 3701. That’s basically a 9 hour window if you consider the Terrorist Nuke was not set to go off at a specific point.

PZ claimed Sub at 3695 after mastin Nuked PZ at 3487. Much later than I remember and means the window between when Papa confirmed he was the Sub and the sub launched was at most 12 hour period.

So even if you accept a Queued up Sub Shot by the Terrorist the window between PZ claiming sub and the Sub’s official firing is at most 12 hours. That’s the window in which it makes any sense for the Terrorist to have actively nuked PZ even if you think they were not paying attention.

Spyrex didn’t officially claim to have sabotaged Mastin until after all this at 4009.

Which means very probably that they felt PZ was enough of a threat to them that it was worth wasting their Defcon3 stealth nuke in case PZ had been Doc protected.
