No need to apologize. I wish to not cause undue frustration on the part of players from poorly-worded mod responses.
If the game reached a state where there are only two players of different alignments alive, neither able to kill the other, then the game would DRAW.

It is now Night Four. Night Four will last for 48 hours, during which all players with a Night Action may take action.
Night One will end at 09:30 PST on 12/16/2016.
That being said, I will allow for ACCELERATED NIGHT if I receive assent from all living players.

It has been brought to my attention that the time 90:30 PST does not exist.
Unlike Chrono Trigger, you are not stuck at the END OF TIME.
The deadline should be 09:30 PST on 12/16/2016.

All Living Players have assented to ACCELERATED NIGHT. Night Four is now OVER.
Unfortunately, your moderator is in his LAST EVER MBA class until 20:00 PST (assuming I pass all my classes. haha)

@mod: How does the defensive mode of a nuclear silo even work, anyway? Would a player with a nuclear silo in defensive mode ever have the option to commit suicide?

So I would post the nuclear launch, validating that it took place, and then cancel it.
So, no, you couldn't suicide while defense is active since you know the nuke won't hit you.

Or... if you vote and suicide after the vote, will it trigger if your vote brought us to night.
If a Russian is alive at night they can use their Stealth Bomber ability.
If you vote and hammer someone, and suicide after, the day effectively ends at the hammer vote. You have to be alive to string someone else up.
It would be legal for a hypothetical Russian to hammer someone, send in a Stealth Bomber kill, and then suicide inthread while waiting for you to lock the thread?
Sorry, I wasn't clear. If you hammer before suiciding your suicide order is trumped by the hammer. So you wouldn't suicide.

All night actions, draft submissions, etc are in the Mod Bunker.
If someone is supercurious I might post the draft allotment work I used to complete the draft but the choices and results are most important.

My thoughts were on-going in the mod commentary, but:
Completely agree that SS claiming Cop would have completely backfired if he weren't lynched D1. GIF actually saved the scumteam by outing himself, of course he didn't know that so his optimal play was indeed outing himself.
I was certain UT was going to be lynched at one point and said so in the Bunker. Amazing how it completely reversed and UT was the one to pull it off.
The Spiffeh NK was disastrous, and Nukebringer almost got out alive with his towncred off that kill had hiplop not blind-nuked.
But enough has been said on the not reading the thread garbage.
Zito has EP to thank for his Sub.
The "be civil please" came from the LLD/GI and LLD/Cheetory debacle. The Dead PT moved me into action and by the time I got there SpyreX was encouraging dismemberment so something had to be said but it wasn't actually Spy that prompted it.
This is mostly pure conjecture, but a hypothetical DEFCON: TOTAL WAR would be straight-up Town v Mafia. I have self-made Serial Killers in the back of my mind from SAIII, but I don't see a way to implement them effectively.
I agree that a 'Long War' approach could benefit from some radiation-counter level in regards to Troops falling off late-game.
Total War, on the other hand, nerfs most of the troops to begin with, so I don't see as great a need there.
As far as my next game, I may run Pictomafia IV while I wait for an on-going game to be over so I can design an /invitational of sorts.
