It is my understanding of the role that the person who is visited is not informed. It is really only useful if there is a tracker/follower.

I'm anal about the word confirmed. It's a habit of mine. Just look at SC2 Universe to get an idea. I'll say nearly confirmed town or practically town when most say confirmed.
