I read the game and have a few comments.

I am somewhat suspicious of Phate's weird roleclaim gambit, but I think it's less likely to make him scum. My guess is that the scum don't have a safe claim of the sort being mentioned, because all claiming the same vegetable would be a tell in itself.

I'm voting ryan, based on his actions and on this quote:

He's trying to get me to slip up and say something scummy, yet I've clarified myself as much as I can to him. If he doesn't understand, not much more I can do.

Why would answering questions create a situation where a townie would "slip up and say something scummy"? If it's not clear, then clarify it. If you don't, because you are worried you might "slip up and say something scummy", chances are you're scum.

Assuming he was the vig's target, and I'm 90% sure he was, I'm also pleased that if the vig had to kill a townie, that it was thinktank. We have now eliminated the two most useless players, in my not-so-humble opinion.

It's a shame Y died. In addition to the fact that he wasn't a bad player at all, now his mason partner (assuming he had only one, which is likely) can't verifiably claim.

Also, DGP is confirmed town as far as I'm concerned, because she knew that vanillas weren't all lettuce.

Any thoughts on last night from anyone else?

Personally, I'd be more worried about destructor than Crub. If putting someone at L-4 is opportunistic, what of putting them at L-3?

Doesn't like the wagon on ryan.

hmmm we have ryan at L-2. What is the reason for this? I haven't seen enough that I'd happily lynch any one of you yet.

Another ryan defence, however, I think its accurate, so a nulltell.

Destructor is unwilling to explain his "vote" on ryan. This could be scum not wanting to give away too much on his fellow scumbuddy.

Destructor and Oman both strike me as scummy and wouldn't shock me if they were a scumpair.

This clears destructor a bit in my eyes, however, there is the secondary opinion that on a destructor lynch ryan could push me.

Phate pushes ryan pretty hard in posts 103-110

Ryan votes destructor later, i think he is more likely town.

I'll let others continue to probe ryan's intentions. Meanwhile, I thought also thought this was interesting:

I think people are reading Oman's actions in a wrong way. Reading his last few posts makes me pretty confident that he is a well thought player that wanted to create some chaos at the beginning of the game.

Phate's claim is a townie point and kind of disturbing.

TDP seems to be a townie due to the claiming there.

I must admit, when I went LA cause of my ISP, I stopped paying a whole lot of attention.

Firstly,the claim stinks of fakeclaiming scum dying to confirm himself.

Whilst this is true, a true read has led me in a different direction.

Ryan pushes TDP for a vote, I think tdp is town atm.

I laugh now when ryan asks for my partners and I say he's one.

TDP's logic on her ryan vote blows, but I doubt scum would've voted him so early.

Destructor has trouble with the forming ryan wagon, unfortunatly, I still think he's town.

A popcorn nameclaim? We haven't seen a single double up of names yet. We have phate as lettuce and TDP as cucumber. I know why name doesn't double.

What do you think? I suggest phate or TDP start the popcorn too.

I'm down with a name claim, and second soupfly going first.

I'm not surprised Y went down- he was the most aggressive towards ryan. thinktank surprises me a bit. If it were a vig, I think there were scummier looking targets, and for an SK there are people practically confirmed that make more sense than a useless player.

As for the events of the night, I think in a game this size that a vig is more likely than an sk. I think I need to reread to see if anything pops out at me- so much has happened I dont remember who seemed scummy and who seemed town imo. As for the whole popcorn thing I think its a good idea- definately wouldnt hurt to try it.
