It actually does have a purpose, it's just probably too early to discuss it.

I am probably not going to live long so I would like to do discuss setup spec early instead of leaving it to people who probably won't understand what normal group would and wouldn't approve though.

Not saying I am best at setup spec but I think I know kind of what reviewers normally go for in abstract way.
