MoS, I would like to know your current reasons for wanting to lynch flea.
I am entertaining my original thoughts about flea from my replacement point in my brain right now.
However, my current preferences are:
Not voting
*large gap*
flea
*large gap*
Phate
I am still ambivalent about Mizzy and it's something that's difficult to put into words. It may just end up being playstyle.

Not a lynch yet. You're at L -1.Phate wrote:Think that's a lynch. I'm kind of pissed, but I'm more relieved that I'm out of this game; it's been an endeavour.
I officially recommend that you lynch Miztef tomorrow.
And TrustGossip, you really think that not voting is preferable to any other option?Taking a break from MS. Please send e-mail if you want to get in touch with me.-

TrustGossip, I really don't like repeating myself, but I'll do a quick and dirty overview, provided you never ask me such a lazy question again, cuz I'm pretty sure I've outlined my suspicions for flea in several different posts.
He went for divestment of responsibility with the concordet voting, and he really wasn't contributing anything of his own to the game. When pressured, he made a weak attempt to summarize what had happened so far, made an even weaker attempt (if any) to analyze it, and nothing really came of it. I don't think he's trying hard enough to be town, and I think he's consciously trying to keep from nailing a solid opinion down on anything that matters, so it can't be traced back to him.Permanent V/LA.-

I stand by my position on Miztef, although that seems rather irrelevant at the moment. Cephrir, I had taken that into consideration, but that sorta thinking always turns out to be overly optimistic.
Also, I seem to have forgotten I actually have a concrete reason for considering MoS a hatless scumbag.
You see, when I first read about the mass claim, I thought: "Heck no, that's a terrible idea. A 4-8 split in claims would leave the triumvirate completely open to nightkills without giving us any info." So, when I saw MoS' post, I assumed it would shoot down the silly plan. Then I read it. But okay, people make mistakes, MoS' experience doesn't make him immune to terrible ideas. Occam's Razor told me he'd come to in a few posts and explain to the town why this was a bad idea. But he didn't. He actually pushed it. I find this unbelievable coming from a player of such experience, so I must conclude he can not be playing for the town's side.Scumchat is awesome. Yarr!

It seems Phate will not respond in time, thus my opinion is irrelevant.Compcrack

That's why I never really understood the wagon on you. I didn't see any arguments that would compel me to suspect you.Phate wrote:*shrug* You haven't given me anything to defend against. There's no compelling reason why I shouldn't be lynched by deadline majority, but the same could be said of any townie.
Vote: flea
I would vote Cephir, but I hate that lesser of two evils crap. Best to go with who I originally had issues with.Compcrack

I agree totally with that, TrustGossip. I can't think of any reason why Mizteftown would play like Miztef has, and nor can I think of any reason why Miztefscum would make that post without going into wifom territory. I'm conflicted.I will fuck up your name and gender. Deal with it.
PM me to replace into Infection Mafia, a semi-open Mini Theme.-

phate... why don't you just wait till tomorrow when I'm confirmed trium, so you don't have to waste so much effort suspecting me.
true, if mafia get the investigation and say I'm scum, then the town will be pretty bloody convinced I'm scum, but I don't think your gonna get a bandwagon on me in the next few hours.
and why in the world would I think cephrir is trium? I suppose from the logic that your almost definitely town that makes cephrir more likely not town. but still, I don't see why I, if I were a scum, would switch my vote.
I switched my vote because I think your more likely townie then scum, that is all.-

Well, according to my watch, that's deadline (and a bit).
End of Day 1 Vote Count:
5: Phate(Rishi, mizzy, Cephrir, Beep! Beep!, Elmo)
2: Cephrir(skitzer, Phate, Cephrir)
2: Miztef(somestrangeflea, CES)
1: Flea(TrustGossip)
Not voting: MoS
The day was long and arduous., a good part of which consisted in discussion of trivial matters. After some time, it was decided that a new High Councillor should only be elected after the pressent crisis, that someone was obviously to blame for this atrocity, that the penalty for any intruders should be death, and that who died should be decided by vote of the Council. It was only then that they could concentrate on the important matter of who was to be their chosen scapegoat.
There's nothing quite like the grudges of noblemen. They are passed down through generations, condensed and crystallised by the very forces that keep them in check. And the more popular one is with the people, the more resentful and bitter these grudges can become. It was unfortunate for Phate, then, that his family had always been of the populist school of politics.
"All those rabble-rousing hoodlums are traitors to the nation!" came a sweeping declaration. It was met by banging on tables and shouts of "Hear hear!". "He is entirely to blame for these events! After all, did not the High Councillor entrust his men with our security?" A murmur of assent. The few of his peers who supported him began to edge away, fearful of being tarred with the same brush. The votes were counted. A plurality was in favour.
Phate,lynched day 1.Townie,
Night choices please!(10:50:24 PM) xcaykex: GODDAMNIT I DONT WANNA GET RID OF MY TENTACLE RAPE PORN

In the mountains, night is real. In the broad city streets with ever burning lights, there is never true darkness. Even at the new moon, true darkness is hidden by shadows, half truths. Here, the darkness envelops, enshrouds, drains the warmth from your body. The lights of the Council House reach create a boundary past which none dare chance roaming. Well, that's not true. Some have gathered, slipping past the watch of the guards at each door, by a small lake out of the harsh glare of light.
Watch. Men, invisible in the darkness, begin to speak.
"How can such men rule? They are old, doddering. We could never bow to such as them" The voice is of one young, contemptuous. Occasionally, the moonlight glances off his dagger and illuminates his face. He is wearing robes, apparently those of one of the councillors himself, now deceased.
"Do not underestimate them. Old they may be, but devious. The might of the entire Republic rests with these men." The second speaker is older. He is entirely invisible, and has a certain impatience in his manner. "I still don't see why we can't just kill them all, though."
"Marco tried that." A third voice, calm. Too calm. Beneath the surface are undertones, restless emotions being held back by only the thinnest of margins. "Look how far it go..." The man's voice trailed off. "What on earth...?"
A glow is emanating from the Council House. None of the men were sure when it had started, it had grown so gradually. Now, it shines like a beacon. It is not a normal light. It has texture, patterns, waves. It glows and fades, slowly increasing in intensity. All three stand mesmerised.
The glow reaches a point where it does not seem to be increasing any more. The conspirators are easily visible - the light is like daylight, bright and soft on the eyes. Somewhere in the distance, a bird chirps. But the display is not finished. The waves are colliding, coming together in brighter and more condensed patches. Soon there are only three pools of light left, crackling with intensity. None could tell you what they looked like, for to look at them was to be blind. Suddenly, three columns of light - blue, red and green - fire off into the sky. Then, there is darkness, leaving only the blinding after images engraved in the retina of any watcher's eyes.
The third voice speaks again. "Let us do what we came to do, and escape. I don't trust this place."
And they are gone, the only noise the rustling of cloaks moving swiftly across the frozen ground. Death stalked the halls of the Council House again.
