Leader may be going too far, but there needs to be at least a town glue person widely trusted to build some compromise. Otherwise everyone focuses on their own things and does not try to merge with anyone they dislike. When people attempt so, they get attacked for it as weak willed or opportunistic.

I would seek to consolidate with you though I really do wish to hear why you believe LQ flips scum.
