EBWODP: I really enjoy really fast games. My first one completed day 1 in 2-3 days, with 520 posts.

Well, lurking is not only not posting anything at all, it also includes short and useless posts (and even those that try to pass as useful).

But, fast games means less time for the town to discuss, and in my experience, less short days == bad thing for town.

I mean fast as in quick posts from people, not as in two-day-day-one (lol at spelling)

EBWOP: Ignore the "less" before "short". I was going to say "less time", but then I decided to change it as it is now.

Well, it's not mandatory to do so. It all depends on the taste of each player. I, myself, like to do it, but I won't judge others if they don't want to. After all, what's important it's not the vote, but the discussion it spams.

I have no idea why the heck I have a weird cap-uncap name... plus I don't think she was lurking, my god she posted 2 times before me! Do you think that I don't read posts before me, any way.

Also putting a FoS on someone on their first post needs to be accounted for, just to hit it right back at you, why did you put an FoS on a joke???

Plus when have you last seen in a noob game someone get voted off on the first day, we have not even tried to band-wagon someone...

Any way who really cares, at the first day its really hard to kill off someone if you have to have a strict majority, not just the most votes.

So, what are you suggesting then? A no-lynch? Because I'm not too fond of that idea.

In re: the earlier question - two votes are bad if they are random because it makes it easier for someone to be lynched at random. I should think that this is fairly self-evident.

CooLDoG - if not for inactivity, why your vote for SnowBunny when she already had one on her?

No time to post the rest of my thoughts - I'll be back after class.

I personally am not a fan of random voting after once when I did it, and it ended up in a 6 person band wagon (L-1). I jumped off, and told everyone else to do so too. However, they weren't fans of unvoting, so yeah.. I ended up getting lynched for supporting this poor guy. I was pro-town though.

Ok....Sorry about that. Turns out that I have a few moments before my next class. My FoS on you was not a joke, Cooldog. I'm honestly having a bit of trouble getting to exactly what you're talking about....I just find you to be rather suspicious, nervous and generally odd. Call it a gut feeling.

That thing about, don't mess with my family, or what ever, was a joke, any way who really cares, so many null voted that we could not lynched someone if we wanted to. And why the heck would I think she was a lurker?

You never said why you voted for her - all that you gave for reasons for voting was a lurker policy - why did you vote? Was it random? OMGUS? Why did you vote for snow_bunny?

I'm finding this implication of a "family" to be somewhat scummy. It could have been a joke or a reference to the scum "family", and I'm not quite sure which. Additionally, I also want some more qualification on why you chose to vote for Snow_Bunny over the other players. Like she's mentioning, it seems to be OMGUS as you already had a vote out on her.
CooLDog wrote:Any way who really cares, at the first day its really hard to kill off someone if you have to have a strict majority, not just the most votes.
Sorry if I'm being dense, but what do you mean by this...?

I still can't see what led you to accuse CooLDoG for voting for Snow_Bunny because of lurking when he said absolutely nothing to suggest that as the vote reason.

I think you'd have to be pretty dumb as town to end up with a 6-person wagon via RVS and put someone at L-1, personally.

Also, I want to switch my vote.
Vote Snow Bunny
because it seems like SB is trying to make Cooldog look suspicious by saying he was OMGUS voting.

Ok...After a reread of the original post by cool, and I think that I made a bit of a mistake....Here's the post again:
lynching a lurker is the best idea, they do nothing, and they don't really contribute to the game.

Don't mess with the family, Vote: Snowbunny

I know that sounded sooo cheesy
I took the quote without the "Don't mess with the family", counting that as a slip of the tongue to mean that he was setting Snowbunny up for a vote as she hadn't said a great deal. Looking at it again, I see that yeah, it's setting up the OMGUS. I wish he'd be a bit more clear about the intent of his posts...My apologies, but I find him to be nearly incoherent.

*shakes head* Sposh, I'm sure that she is, but why is this scummy in the first place and deserving of a vote? I'm not sure exactly why this is considered a scumtell in your opinion....

Actually, I'm having a hard time stomaching it, overall.

Between the, apparent, slip up (the use of family) and the reaction to the FoS I am bothered.

I'm doubly bothered by Sposh's vote in regards to the OMGUS voting - because it reads as CD is town being pushed up via scum, which is a fairly hard line stance at this juncture.

Although concerned with CD, I find post 44 more voteworthy.

I think Sposh's vote on Snow_Bunny is scummy too. However, isn't it hasty to vote for Sposh before he even has a chance to respond to the accusations against him?

Hasty would be if a wagon formed before he does.

The vote is stating that this is serious business, is all.
