So, I have a cofession to make.

Despite saying REPEATEDLY that I needed to / should / was planning to re-read this game, I never did.

I really should have either done that, or at the very least, not tried to control the elim knowing I hadn't.

I generally feel bad about my play this game.

I have not been signing up for games because I just have not had the time for them, but I am a sucker for invitations, so I showed up anyways

There reached a point where I considered repping out because I kept saying I needed to, but not finding the time, but once the game had its 3rd rep out, I felt like it would be worse to force a 4th one onto the game.

Yeah I'd put "Not having the time for a second/third/fourth read" way down the list of good reasons to replace out. Not having the time to read going forward is the bigger issue, but I wouldn't feel bad over not rereading. It's a luxury.

(Part of the beauty and mess of forum mafia is that our minimum standards of play are insanely low, which means in practice they're set by your own taste, but regardless I wouldn't feel bad from a "duty to other players/mod" perspective. You put in more than enough effort to match the player list.)

If I hadn’t died, I might have had to replace out because the amount of catch up I’ve had to do at work from missing 5 days of work is insane.
