it's goofy but dan doesn't strike me as the type of person to throw that in willy nilly as a wolf idk. he seems like he would be more preoccupied with being Serious (<- has seen one game of dan and it was a town game)

You've put some thought into matching Pooky's list to what was going on during the first few pages. I think you know me as a player about as well as you do Pooky. How does my taking partial exception to Pooky's list fit with your understanding of my playstyle?
I don't know. It seemed unaware of the content of pooky's prior posts in a way that seemed particularly out of character for you. I was worried that it could be that you are scum, and was hoping to get you to voice what lead you to making that post, so I could judge that instead of trying to just guess at how you got there, but it feels like you have been dancing around that question.

The thing about Marci and AD for me is that I think if they were scum they would’ve taken a different angle in general.

It's because I told her to dance, just saw maybe what I needed to, thanks.

Spay, you can explain now.

Not that I think you would be unaware as scum. But that the content might not influence the directions you take as much.

So, the "post" seemed unaware. Not necessarily that "you" seemed unaware.

Heh!

Well, I got what I wanted out of this convo, and so did Cabd. Consider your day 3 ticket punched.

I think Marci's posts surrounding the hood kind of look scummy at first glance but I think if you dig any deeper it's hard to really keep seeing that

I think scum, especially early on in the game, tend to stop at that first layer when searching for places to vote as long as that first layer looks indefensible. I think town are more likely to go a little deeper. this is regardless of whether ActionDan is familiar with Marcistar or not

I think this is sort of true for the CSF read too. The "permanent FOS" for the Miller claim is kind of devoid of actually trying critically think about the game and reads like slapping a label on a slot because they did something that seems objectively scummy
I find ActionDan is quite first-layer regardless of alignment

fwiw I filter Pooky's early banter and his readslists separately. At that point in the game I had 3 and a half nascent reads, none of which (with the exception of firebringer (the .5)) made it to Pooky's list.

spayhalf (me) is a little wary about Dannflor atm. I feel like he's made a lot of hay out of Dan's posts, given the posts.

Neuter-half saaaaaaayz:

I liked the self-withdraw about playstyle differentials with Luke. Other than that, I have an outstanding post to him about Spiff-scum stylistic notes that I'm waiting to hear back on before declaring more detailed read data there.

I may have missed it if you answered my question. I'm curious about the meaning of your tags in your reads list. what do strikethroughs and bolding denote?

is it a regular hood or is there also something extra?

Hood tracker :

Hood 1
Marci / klick / sunflower / actiondan / save the dragon

this hood gets info if there are no scums in it by a certain point in time

Hood 2 :

Dunn / Hermit / Bingle / Bakez / Firebringer
White Flag : Carebear Edition is ongoing ! (13/13) hit me up if you wanna get on the priority replacement list / spectate

I have not been informed nor do I see anything that indicates there is anything special about the neighborhood I’m in

It just lists the names of the members

It’s called the Night Market if that means anything to anyone
