@ DGB: But title is supposed to represent Fate, not anti-Fate.

I mean, if Fate's happy with it then I have no problems, but I think a title that accurately describes his playstyle would be better.
Look at it this way. Someone Nominated him for a title and we had to follow a link to see why. People should be nominated for stuff and have no explanation. Everyone should be "oh, that makes so much sense" as long as you know the person. It shouldn't be a one-time deal. That's the reason why all the one-shot Titles (if you will), are shot down.

But the fact that it is the OPPOSITE of him, in both its use of emoticons and the fact that Fate is ANYTHING but happy, is what makes it funny and a good title.

Well, not all titles be abbreviated descriptions of users at least. On the other hand, some of us be nothing more than expanded titles when one gets right down to it.
