ONE question: Did you get a desperate modifier? because assuming Amrun gives out that along with her dead fish necessitates that both go together (or fail together). If it's two actions (maybe she is split) then she could not have given Titus BOTH on the same night.

They either kill V&M, or they give them a modifier, and in both cases that means one less dead townie or one less tampered with a town role.

They just were notified "someone else was working on the case they were on". She crumbed being a part of the scum duo in her first post. Now compare that to what she did here in this game using the knowledge we got from Aaron's flip. It's the damn same thing. It's almost IDENTICAL.

N1 I targeted Nips. I obviously loved through it, but my 1-shot was used up. (That's the short version)

Details: At first, Boon told me my shot was refunded, which would mean my shot didn't go through*

Much much later into the day he PM'd me again noting he made a mistake and my shot actually was expired/exhausted/used up, so I wasn't refunded.

*My shit doesn't go through if my target is Town. My shot also doesn't go through if I get RB'd/Jailed, or if I target an untargetable (ex: Commuter)

Since my shit did go through I deduced my target (Nips) returns a guilty to an alignment Cop.
However, since I didn't die, I also deduced Nips was Town aligned.

Combining the two, I deduced Nips was a Miller (which he did claim after the fact).

I now have another "weaker" theory that Nips may have been the one targeted with the Enchantress, thus resulting in my shot "going out" successfully, but not "reaching it's target" (i.e. I didn't actually get in touch with him) thus I am still alive.

That would -of course- depend on whether the Enchantress works like a temporary Ascetizer (blocks the source) or like an Alien (protects the target). It may look a bit confusing to you, so I will try to clear it up:
If the Enchantress (presumed to be in Nips)

blocks actions on him from the source

then my theory is invalid, since I was't recharged and I should have been if I was blocked.
However, if the Enchantress does NOT block the source, but rather "absorbs" the action on the other end, then my theory may have some merit to it, because then I would not have been blocked, but also didn't "get in contact" with Scum!Nips either.

Finally:

I continue to think any of these are possible. The 1st two are likely, the 3rd one is less likely.
* Boon made an error and Nips is scum despite 50JP's "clear".
* 50JP is basing his interpretation of his role based on the public definition and Boon's usage in the game is different, hence Nips is scum.
* 50JP and Nips are both scum on different subteams.

I am NOT basing my interpretation on anything but the explicit wordings in my own role pm + further communication with the mod.

HOWEVER, since Boon seems to be manipulative in his own ROLES, I think I am open for a Nips lynch to see if he is a Miller or a GODFATHER. NVM. The contradiction is in Boons' own phrasing. He says "Like Disloyal" om the first definition, but Gamma's proposed modifier actually says "if they return a mafia result to an alignment cop".

Obviously, the Boon phrasing was made under the assumption he was a;ways talking to a townie, but then he decided to apply the original definition and attached it with a scum role as well.

So, let's agree that Desperate means the action only works if the target "returns a mafia result to an alignment cop". As such, Nips "returns a mafia result to an alignment cop" because my action did go through on him (as evidenced by my 1-shot not being refunded).

However, I also didn't die although I have the Weak modifier (and that one is clear enough and has been around long enough that I don't think anyone can be confused about it). Me not dying means the target (Nips) is actually Town.

If Nips was a GF then my action should NOT have gone through in the first place (because GF does NOT "return a mafia result to an alignment cop"), so I am back to asserting Nips must be TOWN here. A Town Miller to be precise.

Finally, if you do take a look @1033 you will see Desperate/PT Cop/Suicide Bomber/Juvenile Delinquent were all added on March 2019 (and have been used in this game). The other 3 were Willbooster/Inventor/Lovers.

On April Renegade/Named Scummie were also added, and then

on 4/24/19 both Split & Recharged were also added

. Now since I got the Recharged Modifier then I suspect Scum did get the Split Modifier.

At least one of the two vendors is Scum

I think you missed the point. Rolestopper protects a Scum player from being investigated. The Town Rolestopper already did that, although it would not have been directed by scum obviousoly. But then there was a Town Cop enabler that if died at any point of the game would disable all Cops. (The fact they died on N1 was a plus, but that is a key element at nerfing Town investigatives, which is why there are non-Cop-like Town roles that can also five semi-investigative results). Then the Scum has a Renegade, that would further mess with with those non-Cop-like Roles too.

If Scum had a Rolestopper on top of that then it was theoretically possible to have had 2 "Cops" voided from the get go (failed actions through the Rolestoppers + Cop Enabler dying on N1) which would turn the game into a farce, don't you think?

Where did you get that? A "No Result" would indicate the Psychologist was RB'd. That's not how it works. It gives a guilty if the target can kill but has not yet killed, and a clear if the target either can't kill or has already killed.

What I think happened is Boom was telling me I would die if I targeted Espressojet (as well as any true Scum). Then something weird resulted in me not dying to Scum!Nips, but I proposed Nips was a Miller and Nips went on to claim it, so Boon couldn't have restated what he told me without explicitly calling Nips a liar. Instead he opted to be vague about it.

I am astonished you suspect ME and not the claimed Miller who didn't claim on D1, nor even at the start of D2, but only AFTER I had outed I visited him and the mod made a mistake telling me I was recharged and then retracted it way way later into D2. ONLY THEN does Nips claim Miller.

Now, if he was truly a Miller, and based on my earlier explanation of my role: WOULDN'T HE HAD CALLED ME OUT ON VISITING HIM AND NOT DYING? I mean, at the start of D2; I said I was recharged, and I obviously was still alive. I had said before that I'd die if I targeted a Miller. Now why did Nips not call me a liar there?
