Vig should be shooting if there is someone scummy enough to warrant it and it can't possibly lose us the game. If we don't hit scum today or tonight then yea vig shouldn't shoot. Otherwise, it's probably for the best.

voting for someone whose play has been very suspicious to me while observing the behaviours of others towards other wagons, what i assume one generally does with their vote
