Consider this a greeting since I know you like being greeted to the thread.

Good. Let's avoid Yggdrasil again.
Why are we avoiding Yggdrasil?
As far as I can tell the main issues were the mod issues and the resulting town stomp
Assuming we’re concerned about mod issues, why would those have to do with T3’s post?

I had a 7/3/3 game once that didn’t feel horribly misbalanced
It skewed towards scum sure, but it was role madness with actual meaty PRs all around so it wasn’t atrocious

Not sure I agree with this. Even if Elsa flips scum, it's a factor, not a confirmation. It could be a pocket.

in that game it was actually deduced the game was multiball because the D1 scum elim (or a scum that died n1) had kinda slipped it in a way that became obvious on their scum flip

Do you think its unreasonable to think there is scum motivation to it? Is the posting shading if he voted kitty in short order right after?
My issue is with the posting style itself and not how it's fitting into his play as a whole
it doesn't matter that the shade lines up with his actual read when the way the shade is made looks sus asf

You say this but its hard to measure how thoughtful they really are when consistently they've been forced to concede that their thoughts to start out with were flimsy. I wouldn't say they've completely cracked under pressure though.
I've been in a position where I've had to walk back misplaced confidence as town before, so I get where kitty is at

My first game with cabd was the one kitty's referring to, and cabd there and cabd in yggdrasil felt like two very different people.

I have townleans on Titus and Gamma.
Specifically liked Titus's posts on Kitty.
For gamma, their hem scumread feels real and with good reasoning.

Am guttown on Cyrus as well, but that might just be his simplistic/straightforward posting style.

Not only that, but I can guarantee you no one is actually reading any of your back and forth with nero with more than a passing glance, you will never become the target of two nightkills, and that your scumreads will not be taken seriously.
Such is the way all my games go as I said I'm just having fun. And if I can make someone slip in the process then I'm doing good. Yes I'm s easy eliminated target throse that know this and push me are most likely not town throse that know it and don't push me are most likely town. So yes nom is most likely town.
I have limited patience for people whose play style is “I know I’m scummy and I refuse to do anything about it”

nom, remind yourself that town have an interest in scumhunting and that's their only interest. what i perceive isn't a presence of scum, but a lack of town.
This makes zero sense. First, since it’s multiball scum also have motive to scum hunt. Second, town also have to convince others they are right, and also not look suspicious.

The trick will be like that one game I played " I don't remember the name of this game" scum didn't know who each other were so we had to drop hints. For are partners to know who we were. So look for people dropping hints. Remember scum don't want to look like scum but they do have to catch each other's attention.
Not sure who I helped here with this . I may have helped scum more. I was trying to help town with this.
This post actually feels rather towny
This isn’t a hard read though, I feel like in the past I have faked this sort of stuff as scum myself, but full disclosure I don’t think Cyrus is quite at that level to make that sort of play

I have limited patience for people whose play style is “I know I’m scummy and I refuse to do anything about it”
it's a good thing I anit here to impress you anit it. Other words get over your self. Ge can we just have fun.
The thing is that “limited patience” tends to end in a vote on the person so you’d best not try me while there’s a wagon on you

Gamma, do you feel like this is an accurate representation of your scum game? Doesn't matter where it's from.
Kinda?
Like from what Cyrus has seen I can believe he thinks it but imo it’s not exactly accurate, but this just feeds into what A50 said earlier

I have a problem with hitting the submit button too early and having to finish my thoughts in a second (or third, or fourth) post.
The multi post isn’t the issue. The issue is the set of thoughts expressed.

it helps town more. Maybe we can find other scum before we lose 2 to 4? Town?
If the wagon is pre-determined scum won’t feel as pressured, and D1s that drag on tend to result in town losses I believe
In fact I believe a too-short D1 is more workable for town than a too-long D1

But the fact is, she's useless anyway if we don't know who she targeted. If she can show us that she crumbed or announced her target around the time she claimed, I might reconsider.

Tbh I’m getting tired of Andre putting games on hold because he can’t balance work and play or w/e
It happened in mini 2213 and it’s happening here now
It is not a mark of shame to replace out if you don’t have time. I’m not trying to say he should do this, just voicing my feelings from my own struggles.

Except from my experience scum in multiball tend to show their colors when scumhunting because they only are looking for a single team. Which is almost exactly what your play has come off as recently.

Now let's hear your reasoning, or is this just omgus?
I'd need some time to actually collect examples given the time it's been since I've played a multiball game but I believe my logic is sound.

Okay then.
I'm a 1-shot gunsmith. I crumbed in my opening post
In post 12, Gamma Emerald wrote:VOTE: Almost50
Prepare to get greatest plan’ed

Also, my favorite Pokémon Rangers game is Guardian Signs jsyk
Pokemon Rangers = power role, guardian signs = gunsmith
The reason I'd been poking Almost50 about this is that I used a similar means of crumbing as he did in Mini 2041. That's why I dropped that number during Twilight yesterday. I also thought AD crumbed gunsmith himself in that quoted post rather than cop, which is why I am confused by it because he dropped a crumb for a role that he is not but that I am.
I targeted KittyTacky last night and got no result. My current guess is that one of the scumteams has a roleblocker that targeted me.

No, your logic isn't "sound"
I don't think you're the only one who's done the "hunt one team" thing but you're CERTAINLY the one who is the most obvious about it
The fact I'm in your pool means NOTHING to my point.

For non-Elsa-Scum, I'm suspicious of HEM.

Pedit: Does "no result" mean "no gun" or "blocked"?
My post about looking at A50 after I die loops back to my crumbing. If I DID die, my hunch was that A50 was scum, actually DID catch my crumb, and rather than actually working with me, decided to hold that info and snipe me. There was no frustration, merely anxiety and concern at seeing someone who is very adept at thinking outside the box fail miserably at it.
This also raises the question to HEM and others wanting to push me atp: why the FUCK do I play the way I have as scum? I have called attention to myself in very inopportune ways, ways that would make me a prime choice for a NK. Which alignment do you think has more to lose by getting NKed?

I would have probably bussed, actually
but I don't see why that question matters. I not only crumbed, I tried to draw attention to it to interpret someone else's alignment. And when I didn't like what I saw, I made it clear. That's not in any way playing to fly under the radar, it is making enemies. And do you know what scum do to their enemies? THEY KILL THEM! And think about the numbers scum have vs. the numbers town have. Do you honestly think scum play the game I have, when one death matters a whole lot more to them?

I only really dropped the one crumb to my role itself, everything else was just stuff that had to do with A50. I think I was not killed because I was less obvtown but still perceived as a threat by scum.

I have my own problem with this. AD was obvtown for sure, but NDMath, not so much. So really it's just an expansion/specification of what you said but it should still be brought up. Perhaps NDMath was the kill of Dunn's team?

Blue names are people who I have given me at least some reason to believe that they're not aligned with Elsa.

I am assuming 2 scum on each team, right now, but this doesn't get shaked up too hard even if there are 3.

That means that if I didn't false-clear anybody, Elsa's partner should be within this pool of 4:
[Gamma Emerald, Arcangel9, Andresvmp, iecerint]

Additionally, there's nothing preventing names on this list from being mafia of the opposite alignment. Meaning, mechanically, I think it makes the most sense to look here first.
My interpretation is that Andres and Arc are on the list because of their lack of presence and therefore you think the/a partner is probably within {Gamma, iecerint}. Essentially half of iecerint's iso is focusing on and mostly defending elsa, I would definitely look there before gamma.
I'd need to spend some time looking at each individual players interactions with ej before I can confidently agree with your association pool, but I am leaning that way.
pretty sure nd math didn't tr you
he suspected iecerint more, which I will admit has been a reason I have used before to explain away a NK that looked bad for me
but the real reason I called that out was because you were specifically analyzing the
ActionDan
kill. So nice try moving the goalposts bub.

They were both pretty obviously not aligned with Elsa; I've went over this.

The mafia team would have had to have been looking for Elsa's partner. Instead they shot at someone who clearly wasn't, ergo they were aiming at town
This only specifies that the mafia team weren't aiming for the other team
what about the werewolves?

I'm not sure but I think your PoE feels too narrow, from a skim I had already gotten a sense that some of your reasons for removing players were weak
and why do you say partners? didn't you say you don't think this is a 6 scum game?

I wanted to target someone who seemed likely to be run up the next day to function as a fact-check to their claim. While I had bad vibes from you, you weren't a suspect for reasons that didn't feel like petty beef on some level. Kitty meanwhile actually seemed like someone who might get voted a fair amount.

Why would town have a cop and a gunsmith?
they're both gated though?
and like, my role obviously exists alongside some false positive/negative, that's the exact point of gunsmith

Also, I kept this to myself D1, but I was shitting myself at the though of AD having my role. After what happened between T3 and Elsa, how the hell was I going to explain that we had the same role in a way that satisfied people? And I had AD as a townread even after he crumbed, so it seemed like a total loss. That's why I've been flipping out at his flip, because he crumbed something he wasn't that gave me unwarranted anxiety!!!

See where did I say Dan flaged you here
going back to work on my general reads I noticed this
in that post you said "I'm also thinking gamma because they were flagged as well and that towny is also dead"
outside of a vague indication that you're talking about a different townie, it reads like you're saying AD flagged (which seems to mean suspected in your lexicon) me
this could be remedied with some punctuation, Mr. Croshaw.

This feels like a reasonable thought and one that I can probably infer something from. Wolves may have gone after NDMath, since AD was the clearly obvtown kill and mafia would have more reason to hunt the obvtown after voting out on of the other scum
I'll have to check this against my previous comments for internal consistency but I might actually be managing to workshop a functional NKA

okay I forgot about part of why A50 crossed my mind as a target: I thought he softed vig/SK and thought that might be useful to verify. However, during N1 I thought about what probably came next and decided my best use was probably to confirm/bust a claim from someone.

I should look closer at the bottom four uncrossed names on this list (except andres I guess because he hasn't done anything)

Not exactly the question I had in mind, but it'll do. Mine would have been: why didn't Gamma target me rather than Kitty?
I wanted to target someone who seemed likely to be run up the next day to function as a fact-check to their claim. While I had bad vibes from you, you weren't a suspect for reasons that didn't feel like petty beef on some level. Kitty meanwhile actually seemed like someone who might get voted a fair amount.
But that means you will be paranoid of me for as long as we're both alive. I thought you implied the reason you crumbed the way you did was to get me to work with you, so what better way to convince me to work with you than announcing a clear on me?

Your reasoning would/could have looked more reasonable if you hadn't already claimed ONE shot.

I am also getting deja vu of previous games where I fence sat with my read on you, refused to vote you, and you flipped scum.

And it doesn't help that Elsa also flipped scum, so it looks like history keeps repeating itself with you two.
I tried to target for utility for the town
not what I thought would help me.

You are right about the implication though, however atp it probably didn't matter what I did because the result was effectively the same.

wdym that me and elsa's history is repeating though?

I have played very far above the radar, currently being number 3 in posts
compare to townstumps where I was willing to kinda play more subtly at points, and then factor in multiball and the fact that as scum I would want to avoid attention even more than regular
I understand you don't "get" multiball but imo playing as I have in multiball as scum is absolutely fucking stupid play.
Also, if I was Elsa's partner I would have to be the shittiest scum partner to have ever existed, because my god I did nothing to stop people from walking all over him.

That's dunn's point, not mine. And your reaction to this entire point is a big reason why I scumread you.
And it's not necessarily because you're Elsa's partner. I think the source of your frustration is that you're scum that isn't actually partnered with elsa and frustrated they're getting limmed because people read you as scum with Elsa because that wouldn't be the case. In short, scum caught for the wrong reason!
There are still other things pointing to you as scum, but I hope that answers your question :P
pedit: I know A50 to be a bit more confident than to basically be scared to vote people in case he gets it wrong, I know we just played Screaming together and that demoralized him quite a bit but it's still uncharacteristic
A50 and I are rather close so I think I'm more qualified to speak for whether something is characteristic of him, and I would say that post is.

I think kitty is scummy
and I will admit my stances during D1 weren't many but I wouldn't call them shifty. I think my kitty stance has steadily been finding them suspicious, especially past the three post I called out. Besides that, your entire scumread seems based on my D2 play which doesn't mesh with what you've previously said about me.

I haven't really felt dunn's presence until late D1, which initially made me suspect he was lurky scum, which is something I tend to see from him
after he started being active however he's shown a horribly unbalanced drive to sort the game that clearly focuses on the werewolf team over the mafia team, and I think HEM does have a point about the slip that Dunnstral was way too confident in what the mafia should have done. I also have picked up a few individual posts I don't like that I think come from scum

For future reference HEM: even if I'm scum this time, I literally only defended Kitty because I felt bad because I'm an emotional player like that. The Mafia scumteam rode that to my death hard since literally everyone shut down anything elsa going after that.

I make plans pre-game of my very first action BEFORE I know what role I'm even getting so that's what town!me planned from the beginning to do with defending Kitty. PR town me will lie to your face as well as VT me. I hate giving readlist day 1 too because it's WAY easier to get strong reads on 3-4 players instead of forcing myself to read everyone right day 1. I hope I can actually talk to people next time for non-alignment reasons for idle chit chat. That's my favorite part of mafia.

I hope to God I get town next game tho. I know I like playing scum but when I get it FOUR TIMES in a row ... It gets a little grating. I signed up for multiball even JUST to still scumhunt as well on the off chance I rolled scum again. So my readlist is legit if you wanna find Mafia.

I'm outting this all so I won't have minor hope at work or die before I say my peace. See some of you next time.

Why did you mech-cleared cyrus? He was a late addition to the wagon, and has taken a hesitantly defensive stance on Elsa
In post 1015, ActionDan wrote:fwiw Andres joined this game because I asked him too, and I know he was stretched thin already.

Skimmed and saw the scum claim. I can hammer whenever if elsa is E-1.

I think town's in a good spot. In case I'm dead tomorrow I would like people to stop wasting their time with gamma/cyrus, both are town, continue on that path and I'll be their weapon. @Dunn re:Iec meta read mostly, his takes aren't that bad in that they are all plausible.

Guess you're giving up?
In post 983, Dunnstral wrote:Unfortunately, ArcAngel 9 slot and Andresvmb are totally unreadable going into day 2 off of a scum elimination
Hey Dun, You can read me easily. Are you scum?
In post 991, Dunnstral wrote:I wouldn't elim Testarossa tomorrow. Town lean, I also doubt they are paired with Elsa because they spoke out against them even if they didn't vote.

Iecrent made one effort post and then hasn't done much else. Their stances are weird. I'm unsure of why people have been calling this town, is this meta?
I like this post. Sounds town.
In post 992, Testarossa wrote:So Lucifer has transformed back into an angel and Elsa literally scumclaimed. Ok, I take that. lol

I guess that should clear the early Elsa wagon from being Elsa's teammate(s) considering it's permanence. That's finally something to work with.
Ironic isn't it?

Maybe that's just been my perspective because I've been only reading the last posts that I open without scrolling up and only lightly skimming.

I get that feeling, though. I can sympathize. I have Iecerint camping on my tail and I've been ignoring him because I'm focused on sorting you vs Dunn first. But the difference between the two of us is an E number that is less than 3.
How the fuck can you say I haven’t been arguing back
