This doesn't look like something town would say. If it was pure shitpost maybe, but as it stands it's just reiterating how town is supposed to play this game anyway. Of course we should be suspecting our partners and listening to people's opinions. The game mechanics explicitly say we need to be doing so.

I don't think Bunny has done anything AI in the PT so far and I remain moderately paranoid.

And this would be somewhat questionable on its own, but with the above- it doesn't get any more LAMIST than this.

I don't know if I'd tl him for that, because while it's maybe in mafia's best interest to keep lover pairings a secret, if claims tend to happen early anyway, and he's played this setup a couple times, then scum might as well try for town cred. So that in itself isn't AI to me.
BUT his follow-ups with people, especially Ari, about the topic, have me tl'ing him, now that I'm properly reading all this.
Seeing that as "defending" cows is weird to me but w/e.

Also think Cow is sus as hell, not sure exactly what he's playing at irt Dunn.

that makes. No sense. At all. "Optimal mech play" is usually entirely different depending on your alignment. Literally what are you talking about.

in an open setup, optimal mech play is usually common knowledge so there is no incentive for scum players to lie about what the optimal mech play is.

Optimal mech play is not dependent upon alignment because it would be stupid for scum to present a suboptimal mech play in hopes of fooling the town.

Depends on how mech-savvy scum thinks town is doesn't it?
I know I've seen "I think this person is correct regardless of alignment" but not "I trust this person regardless of alignment."
Not to mention what ACTUALLY ended up happening was deciding to put off claiming for a while, but still doing so day 1. Which I agree was the better way to go.
In fact, if there are only two claiming strategies (because it'll happen pretty much no matter what), 1) claiming right away and 2) not claiming right away, in my opinion Dunn proposed the one less helpful to town.

youre missing the trajectory of my thought process. ari didnt attempt to buddy me, nor did she continue pushing me and redtea, instead she chose to reverse course on redtea. the only way that play makes sense as scum is if shes partners with someone in that pair, but you dont seem to believe that so why is ari scum when her logical partners arent your primary suspects?
