I believe the thinking is that Kyoko admits that there's another 3p, but in reality that has to be a partner with Kyoko, and that they have a PT. So Kyoko is lying about the full extent of her claim. I think there's more to it, but that's all I can follow for now.

Conclusion: NM can have guilty. But most likely he is bullshitting as none of these are "directly condemning".

There's like 1 exception: Large modifier which makes you bulletproof and your action can't be prevented.

we can do two things here

1) work kyoko as a compromise vig shot on n2. say we flip kuzu and he is mafia. killing kyoko serves us well, because her ENTIRE equity itg is scum or 3p. we don't lose one of ours. now, if we flip kuzu and he is actually town, then IDK if shooting her is good, because I think her 3p equity is big, since that claim outs her if another 3p flips (I think?). meaning scum shouldn't claim 3p. but she can be a traitor role etc with a neighboring modifier. who tf knows.

2) change hail for whatever ability shows all the targeted. it would require our full claims. we'd learn kyoko's 3p for sure, and she could pick our TOWNIEST PERSON ITG for her target. that way she'd win with town and we'd all be happy with that. at some point the towniest person needs to be resolved so we know she is winning with us. so, it's a thing.

I'm not shooting benign 3p. Waste of my shot.

As I see it Friendly Neighbor is explicitly a town role. So if you’re claim 3p, you’re not FN.

This is a blatantly erroneous post.

1. There is literally nothing scum indicative about picking an actual functional ability over vanilla. Trying to paint it that way is deliberately misleading.
   
2. Less to do with the post itself, but why the fuck do I lock myself into a claim so early as scum? I also claimed so it wouldn’t be an absolute blindside if someone died by my role, why the fuck do I do that as scum?
   
3. Despite Kyoko claiming 3p and Gimli apparently going along with that he has yet to rethink his read on me that was built on associatives with Kyoko. It’s extremely fucking obvious he was just fishing for an excuse to go after me.

Wait, a pirate win means they exit the game with a win. So it's guaranteed that the first person they target and the last person they target are not aligned. And it sounds like people discarded vanilla roles, which are the roles that protect from pirate, oddly enough. That said, if pirates tell us who they are pirating, then if they exit at night, we can basically use that as a parity cop between the first person they target and the last person they target. No reason to hunt/shoot pirates.
