The issue with his claim though is

If he is a Role Cop, VCop, Complex Checker, whatever. If he has any way of gauging who is VT and who isn't. As a wolf he can check someone in the pool, if they're Vanilla. Great, claim the shot was on them but it failed, and they will claim Vanilla to fit. If he isn't, he says he shot someone else in the list and failed and if they're an actual PR, they reveal and creates a 1v1 there. So unless he directly gets a kill, which all things considered is unlikely to be done in the next day or two. He will be a hanging question mark.
