Scien wrote:BigBear, how quickly would you force night actions? Would you force night actions the first night after a no-lynch vote? Or second?Well, there was this solution that an anonymous player suggest to me,There is a standard rule that says if 3 days go past without a kill or lynch the game ends as a draw.I would probably wait those three days. Force actions, if they refused. I would call the game a draw.
Unless there are some sincere objections, I would probably stick to this method.-

Can we just wait to see if Ojanen has any new info before voting? I've already stated how I felt about claiming power roles, especially with guilties, in LYLO. Not to be believed....I had a town read on charlatan because of his large contributions to the game, but I have to re-think that.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

I know it must be frustrating, but that's just how it is. I'll respond to you in case it helps anyone else -- I may not even be the only power role in the game, for all anyone knows yet. Nor do I know what kind of powers scum may or may not have for balance purposes. Frankly, setup speculation is not one of my strong points and playing a straight-forward game has served me well in the past.Papa Zito wrote:lol charlatan. Sure, you're the only power role in the game.
Obviously we are in a mylo situation if scum are pulling this.
If anyone has questions that I can answer, ask away.
Hypothetical, Ramp: Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that I am telling the truth. What would my correct course of action have been, in your opinion? To lie? To withhold my result until a different time, so it seems less fortuitous?Albert B. Rampage wrote:Can we just wait to see if Ojanen has any new info before voting? Yeah, Troll took a look at recent posts of hers just now and sees where she says that.
She seems to indicate that she'll have access to the internet at least briefly as soon as tomorrow morning if Troll be reading what she said and the times of the posts correctly. Troll no thinks that be too long to wait.
Ojanen, if you be skimming we have done a mass claim. Yours be the last claim to be made. If you could claim when you get on that would be ideal.

I will explain to you why I disagree wholeheartedly with that assertion tomorrow, as well as expound upon some other things. I agree with Troll that the best thing would be to wait for Ojanen's claim before continuing. Plus, I also need to sleep.Albert B. Rampage wrote:Well why didn't you claim straight away before we even started mass claiming? You waited and waited until everyone claimed before you did. That right there is not very pro-town.
In the meantime, a great use for this time is re-reading Papa Zito, to those of you who have not in a while. Tomorrow I believe that I can make a strong case for his guilt even independently of the track result.- charlatan

Frankly, I'm inclined to believe charlatan given PZ's scummy play for most of this game and the fact that charlatan is the only person I have seen who is recognizably town from their play. We also have two dead townies that we have no clue what they were, so it is possible this game had very few PRs.
It could be mountainous, but I hate mountainous setups. So there.YOUR AD HERE
Too busy with work to play mafia right now but I shall return some day!-

Oh look, charlatan's the only PR.
What we really have is a 9-3 mountainous setup with limited reveal so we don't realize we're in a mountainous.
Yes, you have to come up with thischarlatan wrote:Tomorrow I believe that I can make a strong case for his guilt even independently of the track result.afteryou figured out I was prob scum and a good track candidate, amirite?
Let's review what charlatan's said about the Big Z.
Iso 1 - Takes my side about the lying debate w/WWVPD
Iso 4 - Sees ODDin's point about the SC bandwagon ...
Iso 6 - ... but it's a silly thing to attack someone over
Iso 7 - Agrees with me re: Troll
Iso 11 - NK talk doesn't help
Iso 12 - Lists ODDin and ABR as top suspects; actually defends me in the ODDin piece
Iso 15 - Defends me vs. crypto; agrees with me that something is up with Scien
Iso 17 - Gets where I'm coming from re: Scien
And that's it. Other than a couple mild criticisms, we have a lot of agreeing and defending (buddying). Why would townie charlatan decide to track a player he wasn't suspicious of at all?
Exactly. Townie charlatan would have argued against a massclaim and given a result to prevent another PR from being outed. Instead (s)he's quite content to find out what other jewels can be had in case the gambit goes south.ABR wrote:Well why didn't you claim straight away before we even started mass claiming? Eagerly awaiting the case on me.KappaJust MonikaAge is a very high price to pay for maturity.-

Even after this claim, speculation on setup is speculation on setup.
Saying we're mountainous (I learned a new term!), is nothing but an assumption. Are you suggesting that it is more likely mountainous than other possibilities Zito?
Also, I take it that you are holding to your VT claim Zito? Not holding anything back?
Charlaten, why did you want me to claim first? I want to hear you say your reasoning.
