Just a quick question.

Do we use the "Preview' button on the posts to figure out how many attacks we need to continue to capture the territory? Because then we'd end up having way too many posts right? Just want to make sure.

Yeah that was my first game plan, and then I reasoned it out, and it came down to the fact that if I had like 2 or 3 more armies, I would have :P And also I didn't want to risk dying during the first round, heh.

Btw, why did STD get to place 3 armies at the start of his turn?

Oh I didn't see the "minimum of 3"... darn I only placed 2 on the start of my turn.

Mith, I would have placed the 3rd army in Siberia, so should I reroll some of those or can I just make it so Japan now has 3 armies?

Hm anyone care to list all of the alliances?

I haven't kept up on that part mainly because I'm not into that stuff :p But I'm thinking that those of you who are in an alliance with CoolBot may want to think it over..

Mccoyn, we may be able to work out a one-round deal (which would involve me breaking through GRE and NWT to get to Europe, but not much else of your property) if you'll take a bite out of Africa.

No, raj, CoolBot is going to win if someone doesn't break their pact. He has 7 cards. Most likely he will be able to exchange 2 sets next turn giving him 10!!! I repeat, 10!!! extra armies to place wherever ON TOP OF the armies he gets from Europe and Africa, giving him a minimum of 10+8+4= 22 armies (if he started his round like the map is now). And don't think that he's going to be sympathetic with you if you don't attack him now.. he's going to get you eventually

So we need to do something to prevent this from being a game of "How long will it take for CoolBot to squash me like a bug?" and exterminate him ASAP!

Ok, this is going to be suicide for me I think, but we'll see how it works out.

First, I'm going to use cards. Turn in:
Egypt Soldier
Central America Cannon
Brazil Horse

That is the second set turned in this game, therefore I gain 6 armies. I also gain 2 armies for the 8 locations that I occupy on the board (8/3 rounded down is 2).

I gain 8 armies in total. Place those 8 armies in Alaska. Alaska now has 17 armies.

Alaska attacks Northwest Territory with 3 armies until Northwest Territory is defeated (I'm going to role 3v2 a bunch of times, if NWT gets below two armis I will only acknowledge the first roll out of the two, and the same for me if I somehow lose 16 armies.

Oh ok I wasn't quite sure on that one, so I'll just add 1 to Great Britain, since I would have added it to Alaska anyways and the rolls wouldn't have changed. So Great Britain actually has 10.
