I already have a pact with CoolBot to not attack from Brazil. That leaves an attack through Europe as the only viable way to strike him. I don't see how an alliance with you would help.

I don't have any particular designs on Africa or Europe in the short term. So, I see no benefit from an alliance with you. The alternative is a long term alliance. That doesn't seem likly to be profitable given your current situation and the uncertain nature of the game.
I'll offer you a one turn non-aggression pact. I won't attack you on my turn if you agree not to attack me on your next turn. We might be able to keep this up for a few turns, after which the future will be more clear and we can discuss something then. If it makes you feel better, I don't see any gain in attacking Europe in the forseeable future.-
