Why is that? Everyone else looks like jester or scum to you?I think that I'm the only town-aligned player.
If so, please tell me why each person is jester/scum and why.
1. It's called a joke. 2. Something completely unrelated I just thought of. Isn't it to everyone's win condition here to pretend to be jesters? Except for maybe the jesters themselves. Interesting.XScorpion wrote:Why is that? Everyone else looks like jester or scum to you?I think that I'm the only town-aligned player.

That's quite the 180. Any explanations you'd like to provide? Or are you scum-buddy trying to cover up for nopoint's fail jester attempt?Stef wrote:Nah. Nopoint is probably town.
Yes, but if the rest of the town thinks you're a jester, then they won't lynch you.XScorpion wrote:Sure as hell ain't to my win condition to pretend to be a jester. It's actually quite against my win condition. No, I get stuck with the boring ass job of trying to pick out scum from jesters. Fun fun fun.
Good catch Katsuki.

It's much more important to me to lynch scum than focus on avoiding being lynched, in fact sometimes it's better to lynch townie because you know for sure you won't hit a jester (this is only good when you have a vig or such though).
That depends completely on what kind of people we're trying to lynch. If we want to lynch people who look scummy, they want to look scummy. If we want to lynch people who lurk, they'll want to lurk. So on so forth. I'm actually wondering if no lynch might be a good idea right now...Yes, but you don't want everyone to know you're a jester. Jesters don't try to look like jesters >.>
Are you trying to say that if someone says they are town we should blindly follow them?nopointinactingup wrote: If they continue further in pushing for my lynch even after I claim town, they've practically outed themselves.
In reference to the above point - I am town. On a side note, if there are three of us that you point out why vote for me?nopointinactingup wrote:

It is never helpful to town to lynch townXScorpion wrote:Unfortunately, being a jester and scumhunting are mutually exclusive as far as I'm concerned.

Hopefully we have vigs or some sort of power role to help us kill scum/jesters.
And me?Katsuki wrote:I think I'm gonna regret playing in a multi-jester game with BOTH shotty and gandalf...

It would have been if I'm not town.XScorpion wrote:

Why No Lynch? if you are so sure I'm scumXScorpion wrote:That depends completely on what kind of people we're trying to lynch. If we want to lynch people who look scummy, they want to look scummy. Cuz you voted last and it takes a while for scum to think.screl1 wrote:Are you trying to say that if someone says they are town we should blindly follow them?nopointinactingup wrote: If they continue further in pushing for my lynch even after I claim town, they've practically outed themselves.

At best he is jester. So no, we're not going there.Mysterio wrote:More votes on XScorpion, please.XScorpion wrote:That depends completely on what kind of people we're trying to lynch. Why would scum not shoot town and leave jesters instead?XScorpion wrote:I'm not feeling that confident, and I'm still waiting for someone to explain why we shouldn't just nolynch and let the vigs(if we have any) and scum pick off the jesters. Why No Lynch? if you are so sure I'm scum
Because scum don't know who the jesters are any more than we do. And they have to kill the jesters too else risk lynching them and losing. I'm also betting on us having vigilantes to help us out, because otherwise I think the game is tilted a little far against the town. Why would scum not shoot town and leave jesters instead?
