For those who are wondering what some of these antics that may have occurred are, there was a council of six people of whom had the ability to conjure a ritual each night. We provided you with both the false lynch on Kat (although, we wished it was a townie instead), as well as a night of global spell roleblocking. Last night, we chose to ask the mod any one question of the setup, and we decided on how many anti-town players there were. Our answer was six.

The council consisted of: Myself, Katsuki, Nacho, Beefster, Chesskid, and one other player, of whom never posted in the QT. We were not confirmed as town, and used aliases. Three of us must be alive to cast a ritual, so we cannot affect the game any longer with them.

For revealing this information, I will probably die tonight. May it prove useful.

I don't know about you, but such a fast lynch before a person even gets a chance to respond is NOT a normal occurrence in games I have played. You can tell from the reactions just after the hammer was placed that an actual lynch was not expected when it happened. Even you commented that it was "idiotic." If so many people were not expecting the lynch to actually occur at that time, then why would any sorcerers think any differently? They wouldn't have been expecting the hammer any more than anyone else and so they wouldn't have thought their buddy was "about to get lynched."

I'm not sure why you think a sorcerer could not be on that wagon, it's hardly unusual for scumbuddies to vote for each other. It happens all the time. They don't vote to lynch. They vote and then get off when their partner "explains" their actions. You are acting like scumbuddies never vote for each other when that's just not true.

I partly agree with you saying that scum can bus their buddy at any time. In Decon mafia, we had Mina vote Bob her partner when their was absoultely no pressure on Bob what so ever and that eventually lead to his and her death (or helped in it).
I will admit it is strange for them to do it, but not too strange.
Although I don't mind the spotlight shift, I know shifting the spotlight is a common tool that scum use.
My lynched was pushed in OoT mafia because I asked, "Why are you focusing on me when DGB (another player) is doing the exact same thing you are saying I did?" and apparently its terrible to do that. I also just noticed that when he originally posted about people not voting Katsuki he made it a choice between me and RBT only, and only later after the pressure on me was well underway with Gandalf's support, casually threw in the fact that Bunnylover also fit that criteria.

Katy claimed VT after Vezo claimed VT. Frankly I dislike VT claims which should be obvious why.

Although both cases (from what I understand) are not great.
Right now its basically this logic been used:
I think Katy is scum ~ says the players who think Katy is scum.
No I think Malt is scum ~ says the players who think Katy is town.
I personally don't have either ping as scum, Malt is on the town side while Katy is leaning scum but not scum.

Another thing is I dislike TheAdmiral vote right now. The confirmed players affect players gameplay because even if we disagree with them, we are more inclined to agree with them because they are confirmed. TheAdmiral shows that in his recent post, just sheeping the confirmed players.

Also another thing, what is wrong with lynching a VT player? If we don't lynch them, scum is less likely to kill them if they are town because they have no powers and therefore no threat to them, if we don't lynch them and they are scum well we lose.

The logic is kinda stupid. If a townie pushes a mislynch, they are not going to know if it is a mislynch because they only know their alignment and no one elses. To lynch that player for pushing that lynch is idiotic. Now if it was 2 or 3 mislynches then yeah to hell with that person. For all we know, Malt can be leading us in the same direction. His votes are coming prematurely in my opinion, as if people already know Katy is town (which is why I questioned CMAR), to be honest we don't know Katy alignment and we won't know until a flip.
Your gut read on Malt is fine. I can't argue against a gut read as I have them a lot in games, what I am saying is that its other people vote that are like making me go, "wait what?"

Yes, mislynches must be avoided at all times. BUT a mislynch doesn't occur UNTIL THE FLIP! If we decided today to lynch you or Gandalf today, THAT WOULD BE A MISLYNCH. Why? Because you two are confirmed townies. But saying you are a VT is like damn. Scum would claim VT because they have nothing to prove. They don't have to make anything up about their night actions. One of the rules I learned in my first mafia game was lynch all VT. Now if a person said they are a VT and a cop comes out and say they are town, we aren't going to lynch them.

Right now the case on Malt is this: We should lynch Malt because he is leading a mislynch. To be a mislynch, some kinda evidence must be shown to tell what Katy alignment is. The only people who know Katy alignment is a cop who investigated her if we have a copy or scum. What happens if Malt flips town which I expect to happen? Now we have to use our next day to do what we previously wanted to do this day.
Do you see where I am going with this? How can we know we have a mislynch on our hands if we don't have a flip or any evidence to say, "Yes this is a mislynch"?

Also should we go ahead and lynch everyone on the Gandalf wagon? I mean they all created a mislynch, and by the logic were going with at the moment why shouldn't we?

Also on a side note, I would have rage at town if you all lynched Katy who was a confirmed townie after Vezo flipped scum. Their was at least one VT, and she was the only one left.

Me and Nacho brought Gandalf back.
I brought back Beefster.
Nacho was the doctor (could block damage), I was the healer (could heal lol)
I never got to use my healing spells because I had limited shots and needed to make sure I gain 13 points, so I couldn't misshot.
I was going to heal gandalf, Beefster, and Vezo during the night I died, which would have put my points at 14 points.

DAMNIT ALL.

Freaking stupid that Nacho was targeted Night 1 and Night 2.

Sadly to say, I think this was my one of my best games. I was able to see that CMR and ThAdmiral were not town v-v.

@Chesskid: Because me and Nacho were thinking of ourself. I will admit, so will the mod, that I wasn't happy with bringing back Gandalf. But ressurections were worth 5 points to us.
