Speaking of which, dayvigging me was actually a pretty smart choice. Yeah, a townie died, and I RAAAAAGED but it also made way for the Jerbs lynch and eventually cleared Pappums.

Well if you'd claimed Mason, it would have cleared you and Pappums when Jerbs flipped scum (unless you guys were the two remaining scum). But yeah, it wasn't a terrible choice overall.

What happened with your end of the Ross drama? The settings work exactly differently than you described, which caused endless confusion.

I would argue that Jerbs would have been lynched had you simply been able to claim and the wagon on you dissolved.

PS: the mod used BCC's to send the Vanilla role PM's. this means, they were all sent at the exact same time. this means we could have used them to confirm at least 2 vanilla townies, maaybe even three.

I agree giving up is never the right move, but I also agree Rob's chances of winning were pretty minute even before the bomb claim.

I was happy with my play this game except for the LL lynch. I've never called out a whole scumteam D1 like that before.
I guess Rob bussing Zdenek was what convinced me he wasn't the best lynch D2.
And I guess Dizzle did what Ellibereth described? (saw name at bottom, went UHOH, and changed it?)

No rule explicitly forbad it. and I asked the mod about it. and it is playing to my wincon.
Actually I knew all along that I wouldn't get to use it, cause it was clear the mod wouldn't allow it. I posted it, because I feel it a) improved my position as townie a little and b) exposed a small flaw in the setup, which had to be taken care of and which Zach should consider next time he mods.

PS: I think despite my total lurking the whole game, this was my best Town performance so far. Will have to look over it again and see what I actually did right.

Well, I thought my lynch was ridiculous, but town on the whole did a pretty good job here. I was quite sure Rob was scum after I reviewed his posts in the light of Zdenek's flip, but giving up is a poor show. Llama played a good game, looked pro-town throughout and had accurate reads on the scum.

this only shows that there is something inherently wrong. so far, when I played "bad", like this game, and wasn't so active, I caught more scum overall. can't explain either.

personally I thought if there was a doc, they would be on him. Where I normally play almost every setup has a doc but I am finding that not to be the case here

Believe it or not, I thought Jerbs and Rob both did a decent job with a very tough scum role - the active poster. This is why lurkers lurk. This is also, btw, how I've always handled bomb claims near lynch. It's cruel, but amazingly effective - watch candidate #2 get cold feet all of a sudden if he's scum. "Well... I dunno, he seems town to me, that claim is likely..."

Well-played by town this game (especially llama) and sorry for having to replace out. I'm sad I had to because this game was interesting.

I can't say I'm completely shocked at the LL lynch after I left. To be honest, I didn't really leave him in a great position. I based a lot of my early play and even reads around trying to put myself in the mindset of being a new player and when I finally decided to drop the act of being new, I found that I didn't like a lot of my earlier play and ended up seeming kind of shifty trying to change it up.

This certainly wasn't the best game I've seen played by scum, but they did get a bit unlucky with the vig on day 1 switching the lynch to Jerbs. From there, they were pretty badly off from their interactions and with town playing well.

Thanks to Zach for modding and really sorry for replacing out.
