Ice, you've got several years of irl mafia experience, yet you aren't even trying to find scum. Why is that?

I'm pretty sure the voting block has one or two scum in it. At this point in the game, the scum factions are interested in keeping each other around, because (random) night kills hit townies with a high probability. So I can see one scum faction trying to give the other an easy excuse to vote for a townie by starting a voting block, and also seeing who the players of the other faction are by voting patterns later in the game (if one has been lynched).

This fluff is top-notch.
If you think that one or two people in the voting bloc are scum, why aren't you voting for one of those people?

My initial vote was based on a misunderstanding. When he said, "Especially if you're scum," I took it as an accusation. TJ corrected me, but then went on to scum it up with his votes on ConSpiracy, so my vote stayed.

This. Usually I'd attribute this kind of whining to scum, but I'm too amazed that he is whining at all to actually get a read from it.

The TJ wagon has run its course. It will be a good source of information in later days, but I don't feel that he is the best lynch for today.
IceGuy, on the other hand, is a good lynch. He's not scumhunting, and seems to be making excuses to not scumhunt, which is scummy. When asked why he's not voting for someone in the (non-existent) voting bloc, he replies with, "I don't know which of them are [scum]. Also, I've lost count of the other votes." If he was interested in scumhunting in the slightest, he'd have just looked at the last vote count and seen that not one of the people in the bloc have many votes. Saying that he doesn't want to vote for someone because he doesn't know the vote count is a really bad excuse, and it becomes obvious that it is just an excuse when he doesn't vote for someone after Chevre provides a vote count.

Mist: This post is the main reason for why I'm voting Ice over Jak. When Amrun and I asked Ice why he isn't voting for one of the people in the bloc, he gives two excuses.
Excuse #1: He says that he's not voting for one of the people in the voting bloc because he doesn't know which one is scum. That's BS. If he was at least trying to figure out which person in the bloc to vote for, this excuse would be valid. But he's not trying to figure out the scum in the bloc, meaning that this is just an excuse for not voting and nothing more.
Excuse #2: He says that he can't vote because he doesn't know the vote count. More BS. All he would have to do would be look at the last vote count and he'd see that not one of the people in the bloc are in danger of being lynched.
Providing two different excuses for one thing is already scummy because it means the person doesn't think one excuse by itself will be believed. Providing two different excuses for one thing when both excuses are complete bullshit? That has scum written all over it.

Nika, once again you say you'd like to see me lynched for absolutely no reason. In fact, you're asking others to make a case for you. Also, there are already arguments on the table for voting Mist. What is not sufficient about them?

The arguments against Mist are unconvincing. My read on her is actually rather null, but I'd lynch her based on the fact that I don't think I'll be able to get a read on her in this game.

Amrun, short days are better for the town than unnecessarily long ones. When the day drags on for too long, people start to get disinterested and stop paying attention. I don't see us getting any new information from continuing without a lynch today. We have a good lynch candidate that the majority of the town has agreed is scummy (IceGuy), and a good lynch candidate for tomorrow (Scott). That's all we really need.
