In fact, I find it more suspicious that farside22 DIDN'T know about it not being universal. I did, and my join date is 2008. Someone from 2007 would've been around to have seen those less-standard Hiders. (But this is for the farside case.)

I never have been in a game where the hider didn't die hiding behind scum. So this is news to me. And yes I have been around apparently when this happened. I never saw it or been apart of it.
So I'm more scummy for something that hasn't been around for 3-4 years but Nocmen is town for something that has been the standard in the last 4 years here on MS?

Thor, Twistedspoon is not a D1 lynch, and Zombeh isn't scummy yet. So, let's unite and kill ACRONACH.

3rd party is different than maf. if the deadline gets close and we still don't have a good lynch, i'm voting pacman, but for now, that particular role isn't a threat unless they can successfully joint with maf, which is unlikely.

Also Cal I know your reading the game here. Please explain how Bud who is in his second post after vote Acro, then pushing the point further, backs off in his next post saying it was just to create a BW when people start to question him about his vote and call him scummy for jump. I find this more of an excuse when he see's people looking at him and backing off with weak reasoning.

In regards to Cec. Cec is suspicious in my view but not the scummiest person in the game.
I think lurker hunting is easy picking. Seeing as scum and town both look at lurkers is null, doing research and looking into games of a player you find suspicious is a good sign.
Not saying much about anyone else and not having a view point on others looks more scummy in my view as it means you don't have to have an opinion and can float under the radar. This is all not over the top scum moments as I have seen town float under too. Hence null.

If you're on a wagon of one at this stage of the game it's intrinsic upon YOU to get more votes on that wagon, otherwise you are failing at voting. Do not fail at voting. So start selling or get off.

Hey Tasky, could you give some people some prods? There are people in this game that have not posted for 5 and 6 days. In fact, I think a mass-prod may be in order, this game is suffering from a serious lack of participation.

Acronach, what is your opinion on Zdenek and Pine? You have been tunneling Ctorj pretty hard for quite some time, without really giving opinions on anyone else.

You should want to be proactive if you are town. You are the opposite of this, Acro. You are not doing anything to help town.

People throw around accusations all the time, sometimes because they actually do think a person is scummy, and sometimes just to see how people will respond. There is nothing scummy about insisting someone is scum on Day 1.

I agree that insistence isn't a scum tell. But insisting that someone is 100% scum on Day 1 with no Night 1 falls into the scum category for me. just my $0.02.

On Calcifer's town case for Nocmen:

I personally do not think that he is scum for commenting about the number of pages or the length of time that he took to get through them, so as far as I am concerned, this part of the argument is moot. Also, while failing to read-through might be a scum-tell (albeit not a great one) I do not think that catching up in a thread is a town-tell.

The next point about his scum reads attacking Nocmen I don't think is a reasonable argument that he is scum, since I know that he wrong about one of his scum reads: me.

Regarding my "blatant lie about Nocmen:" I think that people are misrepresenting my point against Nocmen. It wasn't that Nocmen voted me for no reason. It was that after expressing suspicion of Calcifer he was willing to vote for me, following Thor, who was voting me solely following Calcifer.

I also don't think that Nocmen's reason for being suspicious of me in the first place that I "put a bit too much in [my] post where

voted Bub" is a scum-tell. I tried to make the best argument I could at the time, because votes for serious reasons apply real pressure on people.

I do not find Calcifer's argument to be a convincing argument for Nocmen being town.

I also disagree with some of the points in Calcifer's town case on Bub; however, I am currently leaning town on Bub because of how he responded to the pressure over his vote on Pine, so I don't feel the need to argue with him over this.
