For trying to dissuade votes based on actions and instead push for RVS. The faster RVS dies the better.
Actually, I've caught far more scum in RVS than out. And generally, I frown upon those who try to end it early. They tend to flip scum.-

For every instance you can provide me of catching scum during RVS I'm sure I can produce at least one of a mislynch being driven out of RVS. The faster we're arguing over game relevant posts the better."LynchMePls is more town than all the players I've ever declared to be townies. And that's never going to change." - Drippereth

This is the logical fallacy that Gandalf is guilty of
PE: Oh hey! The creator/founder/whatever of that fallacy is in this game!"Cry havoc, and let slip the wombat of war!"

No, really, most games, when I catch scum I find them in the first few pages. You yourself have personal experience with my RVS skillz.
And Pine, actually no. I'm simply saying that scum can be found in RVS, and that I've seen scum try to push their way out of it. This is not coin flip. This is an occurrence that is connected to another occurrence, and I am thus saying that since one occurred, it is likely that the other is also occurring. i.e. LMP is scum trying to push out of RVS. That is the DEFINITION of logic.-

I'm not insinuating that RVS cannot lead to scum lynches, I'm saying that RVS is less optimal than non-RVS, and if the game is moving from RVS -> Non-RVS, attempts to halt that progress are anti-town. Also, once again your argument is anecdotal."LynchMePls is more town than all the players I've ever declared to be townies. And that's never going to change." - Drippereth

And, ohaiguys.
Pine and WC = town.
One of ABR, Mana_Ku, Chesskid = scum. Tacking onto Pine.
One of Mana_Ku, Chesskid = scum. Piggybacking Katy.

This articulates my feelings on the matter quite well. RVS can be useful in lieu of real discussion, but it pales in comparison to matters of substance. And it seems to me that we've already got some things to go on, like Icey's bizarre claim.
PE: InHim's post is quality, though I'm not quite sold on everything it says. Discuss."Cry havoc, and let slip the wombat of war!"

Well, the motives at least. The first sentence seems to promote caution, while the second seems to want chaos.Show"I'm from Indiana. I know what you're thinking: Indiana... Mafia." - Jim Gaffigan
