Well, look at things through my eyes. Guy gets caught lying about his claim. He yells out "YO, MAGUA IS A VT, SCUMBUDDIES" and dies as a rolecop.
Yeah, didn't look that convincing to me. Nintendo's action thrived on the WIFOM which triggered me to investigate him.
As far as the night kills go, I think mafia wasted a couple. Pine and Hiraki were both pretty meh kills. Unfortunately, Nintendo outed both PRs in essence, greatly reducing mafia's chance of winning. Tarson played well at the end, she did a good job town telling while simotaneously trying to throw dirt on the miller claim AND the innocent investigations. I thought that was pretty impressive.
Regfan and Gaoth definetely did a great job keeping the town together near endgame.
Demonhybrid did not use his checks well, but it was his first time as cop and I understand his paranoia. I facepalmed, though, every time he sent in an investigation because he was FoSing the two mafia (tarson and Gorilla) in thread. Usually as cop I check null reads who aren't going to be lynched or killed.
Chesskid3 was fun as always, and actually voted mafia a lot. Go look at his ISO. This is why this guy is not a troll.

To the rest of the town: you weren't a bad mob, but a lot of people were really off near the end. The "too many clears" paranoia set in, where the mindset is it must be TOO easy, and thus one of your clears must be mafia. A scum-sided VT reviver would be ridiculously mafia sided. Godfather, however, probably would have been slightly scum sided, which is what a setup should be imo. I think this was townsided, and I apologize to the mafia for that.

Fun fact: I had a 100% voting-mafia record, as soon as the mod clears up that error about DemonHybrid not being mafia.
Have to disagree on Nintendo playing a good game. No offense to Nintendo, like I said, I think it's his first scum game, but his play D2 led directly to his lynch, followed by EPM's lynch D3, as well as leading Regfan to believe I was clear, which in turn led me to believe Regfan was clear. That right there set the game on rails for me.
Of the mafia, tarsonis was the only one who I voted not being >90% sure they were going to flip mafia.
But hey, did we not lynch gorilla, tarson and SH regardless? Kinda worked out how I originally planned it. Tarson literally took a phallus-shaped knife and fucked my brain with it near the end though, so that was kinda shitty for me =(
Also, chesskid is a great player. His reads are, for the most part, pretty on in every game I play with him, and he's a competent scum player; go check 90's mafia. He doesn't deserve the hate he gets.
Regfan is just jelly that my mafia voting record in this game was so much better than his.
Also, yes, I was paranoid about DH being a mafia cop fakeclaim; a lot of that was built upon DH-EPM interaction. However, if there's anything good to be gotten out of Scumhunter's modkill, it was that the sheer back-and-forthness between DH and Scumhunter, and then the fallout from that D4, turned me around to a DH townread.
Chesskid will get more respect from me the day he can explain his reads without being an annoying shit half the time.
Overall good game, it just seemed that Town drew the better players out of the bunch. We pretty much skunked the living crap out of scum after D1. I thought I did a good job being town early on, but kind of went into COAST MODE after reviving Pine (which I'm glad I did btw). At least I did the right thing in hammering gorilla. Also apparently Hiraki is PISSED at me not reviving him.
Scumhunter deserves to be banned from this site. He is one of the worst, most annoying, most useless, most immature excuses of a player I've ever seen.
DH's cop play wasn't really the best but it wasn't particularly AWFUL.
Magua gets hate? He's a pretty good player from what I've seen.

So glad to see town pulled this out. Post death reading was a lot of fun and frustration. Ironically, I was able to keep up with it more in death than in life...thats the way things go.
So much trolling, so much meta. Kudos to Parabollocks for the PR fake claim, congrats to all townies who survived.

Once I get a full playerlist, I will randomize names into a draft order. You will all submit a band you would like to be. If there are any conflicting bands, the person highest on the draft order will get the band they chose and those lower will have to choose again. There are
no requirements
for the band you choose, as long as they
actually exist
. The band you choose will not effect your alignment (those will be randomized) but I get the Power Roles from the songs the band sings (Example: Know Your Enemy by Green Day was cop in 00s Band Mafia).
The game will be flavor heavy, but it is only for fun! Relevant lyrics to one of your band's songs will be posted along with flavor after your lynch or death, as seen in 00s Band Mafia. This game will
not have any alignment-altering roles

pine kill was silly. I duped myself into thinking parabollocks had admitted he was a PR. found myself running into similar problems as my first scum game ages ago offsite, where in the end there was no one to mislynch and I couldn't be bothered to try as the game went on
also, vanilla reviver is a REALLY powerful role if you think about it
It is extremely powerful. And thats what made the setup townsided. Like I said, sorry about that to mafia. I should have put in godfather: I think that would have balanced it better.
