I can tell you now that the 1:3 scum ratio rule dictates that there's 1 scum left.

Most setups have 1/2 VTs and 1/2 power roles from what's left of town.

8 claimed roles is feasible, but so is 7 (and probably more likely with the kind of power we have. Mason recruiter is ridiculously powerful)

@Magua Twilight phase allowed for me to masonize before the flip when I chose to. This allowed me to talk to reg n1 because I masoned him during twilight. Had i waited til night, would not have been able to talk until n2. gotta believe Gorilla's neighbor powers work similarly.

Given that the QTs are daytalk, that's an utterly bizarre way of structuring things. I mean, it seems like such a burden to do it that way as opposed to normal. I have to believe there's some other mechanic that's in place.

It's also odd because it makes me rethink Roleblocker. Like, seriously, what that implies is that neither the Masonizer nor Neighborizer can be Roleblocked, because they both happen in the Twilight phase. They also couldn't be tracked.

Bowser claims to have had a roleblock, and Seraphim claims that he was roleblocked...it just seems like it introduces more complexity into the communication roles. I'm not seeing the gain. Obviously you and gorilla are telling the truth about how the roles work, it just makes me wonder.

I believe I have the potential scum-team narrowed down to four realistic possibilities, I've reviewed it a bit and read through this thread again since my last-ish post and relatively certain this games in the bag. I think you're reading too much into the twilight period, from memory great flavor was one of Slaxx's ultimate goals in 00's Band Mafia and the instant flips meant that he didn't have sufficent time to get the best lyrics. Personally I believe the twilight phase was put in to counter that.

DemonHybrid, I'm agreeing with you in that I think it's one PR claim and one VT claim being fake and strongly leading towards the fake PR being Seraphim who should almost certainty be out lynch today. The only possible way I can see two PR's being fake is if it's Gorilla + Seraphim which I'm doubting but Gaoth seems to believe to be the case.
