I'm kinda with AP here, I'd be in favor of getting rid of Ren just to get everyone to stop derping about him. Bob isn't a terrible lynch though.

Was a lil' worried about Toom's use of "mod meta" to explain that a gunsmith was in the game. Is that an explanation scum would use to explain knowing that MVP is town?

I don't know where you're getting that I called MVP townie, because I'm pretty sure I've never said that. Feel free to quote me if I'm mistaken. I do remember saying that I didn't understand why so many people were choosing to vote for him over reinoe. I definitely didn't see MVP as top 5 scummies, so the wagon made no sense to me, especially since all of the reasons I saw for votes from the people on it was "notscience is lurking - that's his scum meta"

Like... WTF? That's such a bullshit read and it was a big red X for everyone who used it as a reason to vote him IMO.

Maybe if MVP had been signing their posts *cough* then the lurking claim wouldn't have taken off, but even still, the best you can come up with is one head's meta from a 3-head hydra? Why not try actually evaluating something they did in the game and pushing a read from that. I know it's hard but if we use the power of friendship we can do it.

I didn't really want to broach this subject because "self-meta", but since you asked...I always play the same way as scum. I occasionally play that way as town so that it doesn't become a reliable tell. This is wiki confirmable.

I find this to be a silly question and a silly answer. Self-meta indicates self-awareness. If you're self-aware of your scum meta

then you would know ways to avoid it to curb meta suspicions.

Apparently it's beyond players to evolve and adapt their scum meta though. :roll: Also: "Wiki confirmable"..? Please. Let me go write a wiki that implies my behavior should never be questioned, then I can self-meta too.

Bob, does reinoe's answer remove any possibility of him being scum? I don't see it being alignment-indicative.

It does help me get some perspective. I can buy that reinoe has never felt the need to change up his scumgame before. This would be a first-timer.

CABD just showed up and wrecked shit but he was making an easy counterclaim. Zekrom was an idiot who had no reason to claim Vig. It's easy to look good when everyone is playing like shit, but Cabd did nail Malakittens and has a decent understanding of game mechanics. I could go support a Cabd kill.

CABD is increasingly looking dangerous because not only can he potentially get a read on us, but he can also potential be persuasive. That's far more dangerous than farside possibly being onto us now.

So maybe not?

Just this whole idea that you and Mir are pushing that I need to "admit if something has scum motivation" is such a silly silly argument. You two are pushing a mislynch. There's scum motivation in that. So when I flip town that means you guys are scum right, I mean there's scum motivation there. What happens if Cabd and/or Reinoe flip town? That means you are pushing mislynchs and there's scum motivation in that. You are essentially chain lynching here and there's scum motivation in that. This argument is really stupid.

MVP's claim wasn't great and it very well could be fake. I don't feel strongly enough to pursue it though, and I get the feeling that's the general town sentiment. There isn't really any harm in letting it slide for now.
