So here is what caught my eye (since I didn't explain myself properly the first time apparently). This is a closed game. We don't know what roles are. Speculation abounds, and likelihood/probability/percentages help with trying to figure stuff out. I get that. But when Dino said something about the cop being un-counter-claimed, that drew red flags up for me.

Because:

A) Why would a cop counter-claim even if he were in the game?
B) We don't know if there are multiple cops in the setup, which would also invalidate that insinuation (that another cop claim would be COUNTER to the original claim)
C) This game is listed as unbalanced/bastard/whatever, which would fly in the face of logic when trying to solve the game with claims and counter-claims. Red-Herring roles?

What this looks like to me, especially on a re-read of the whole situation:

Scum getting run up. The go-to-claim to fish for a potentially devastating role is cop. So he claims cop and runs with it. His buddies are trying to help the fishing along by calling for a counter claim. OR

In the event that Sonic actually is a Cop:

Scum are also capitalizing on the "lets find other cops and call for counter-claims"

Let it be known that all of

want a counter claim to Sonic's claim.

@ bulba - I have a few games with prohawk both forum games and skype. he is far more assertive and aggressive than this. I am a heavy heavy meta player and to me if he is town (and I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt) and to me this is very atypical of his town game so i wondering what the hell you are basing your read on.

Mollie, the last time you tried to push a scum-case on me based on meta, you were scum.

Although, at least this time you are saying that I am playing atypical of my town game (which isn't factual) instead of saying I am playing like my scum game (which you have little experience with). So props to that I suppose.

Naz - I am not really a big meta player, I use it more for gut than anything. That said, off the top of my head I have one scum game and one town game. His town game was super hyper-active and interactive, his scum game was less-so. Ika - I would consider shooting people out of the list of those who were talking about counter-claims which I think were DBG, Dino, Mollie, and Guille. Think I already covered my wagon analysis in a previous post, but currently sit at Shos and Dino. If they aren't scum and there my wagon is only town/one scum (Dino?) then scum are worried about my being lynched backfiring? Not real sure why, unless its Bulba's case which most people seem to be not believing/discrediting?

I feel like given Sonic's play and the subsequent break-down of his wagon, his initial wagon is highly likely not to be composed of all town. Which leaves Ika, Mollie, and DGB.

Sonic (scum) claims cop.
Bulb (town) jumps off.
Naz (scum) jumps on.
Mollie (?) posts (but doesn't move vote, or comment on the claim)
Shos (town) jumps off.
Istott (?) shows support for the lynch but doesn't vote anywhere.

tl;dr:

Scum were obviously wanting to bus Sonic. Naz didn't make it on the initial quick bus-vote and jumped on as soon as he could. Ika pretty much avoided the whole exchange. Mollie maintained her stance until pressure was completely off of Sonic and then moved it. DGB was just quiet about most everything, consistent with most of her posts this game.

From my analysis, Mollie is more likely to be scum than ika on the Sonic-Wagon, but that could be a bit of conf-bias combined with ika's general lurking playstyle this game.

I was getting frustrated with how much you were...well, angsting over the game. Granted, I could understand why you were upset about having to reveal it, but the rest of you play afterwards felt really anti-town and nowhere near the level of play you should've been giving.

Would love for you to expound on specifics because my actions were all taken with what I believed to be the best course for my role with its regards to the town.

If you are going to comment on anything that has to do with time-investment (ie, more in-depth analysis/reading/wall posts) I am only afforded so much time and spreading myself across more than one game at a time cuts back on that exponentially.
