This is a scummy response to a giant wall. It acts as though it's wagoning with the wall, but it insulates itself from being entirely serious by tacking on the joking phrase and smilie on the end so it can be construed as a "wagon vote" or something else later if need be. I've played two games with DGB. In both games, I kept waiting for her to bust out a long post that was well thought out and I could follow. Instead, all I got was lists of people sorted into town and scum groups, and occasional one liners.

In both these games she was town.

If something is done for null reasons and scum reasons but not town reasons then absolutely you'll get a better than random porportion of scum doing the action. Absolutely.
