Welcome to Tintoretto, a small Sicilian community with only eight inhabitants. Unfortunately, two of them are mafia, eager to eliminate the others. On the bright side, you have a cop and a doctor. On the bad side, the killing has begun and the well-respected citizen Werebear has been killed at night by the mafia. It is now day, and you should try to lynch one of you, hoping you catch a mafia.

Note: in view of the number of players and set-up, I want to start with a day, although most games start with a night. To get you in the mood, I have made Werebear a night victim.

The roles:

You are the mafia (2). You may only discuss with eachother during the game's "night", not during the "day". You let me know before the night's deadline who will be your victim. You win the game when all the other players are dead.

You are the cop (1). Every "night" before the deadline you send me an email with a name of your choice, and I will let you know whether that player is mafia or not. You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

You are the doctor (1). Every "night" before the deadline you send me an email with a name of your choice, and that player cannot die if attacked by the mafia that night. You can not heal yourself. You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

You are a townie (3). You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

The rules (please read them carefully):

[01] Have fun and don't be a jerk. Please have consideration for the other players and the mod, and actually PLAY the game by posting and voting.
[02] No communication outside the thread unless your role allows you to do so and then only in the game's nights.
[03] Get your choices in before the deadlines. If not, no choice will be made for you.
[04] No quoting my or others emails.
[05] If you're dead YOU'RE DEAD. No more posting relevant information after that.
[06] Lynching will be carried out once a regular majority is reached - and cannot be undone by unvoting. If I impose a day deadline, lynching will require at least one less than the regular majority. In case of a tie, first come first served.
[07] Only votes in BOLD will be counted. Please clearly unvote if you want to change your vote.
[08] Do NOT edit or delete your posts! If you made a coding error, just post again.
[09] Do NOT post in invisible text.
[10] If ouy know you will not check the thread for a period of 48 hours or more, please post a message on that in the thread.
[11] The mod is always right. Accept the decisions, and if you want to discuss them, take it to email/message, or do so after the game has finished.
