This seems a little too hypocritical to pass up posting.

Hypocritical is wrong.. more like pointing out possible pairings. I thought the Rishi post was odd, along with Claus's post, with yours directly afterwards. Both just seemed... odd.

Rishi's post screamed "untrue" hence the vote. The correlation of you and Claus was not strong enough at that point.

You don't get to form ANY bandwagon without the town believeing in you. What do you expect me to do? Twiddle my thumbs and not be aggressive? I implore you, check out ANY of my games. I am hyper aggressive.

It catches scum an awful lot. You may be scared of the best mafia performance button by my name, but the year before that, I was the paragon of mafia hunters.

Pairings are important to look at, especially after we gain valuable information through lynching and NKs. Instead of just documenting these pairings in my notes, I give them to everyone to read. It tends to make scum very nervous.

So, Claus, are you nervous?

I dislike Clause more than Rishi now. Claus was hypersensative to my posts and pressure, and seems more nervous than frustrated.

When I read your two posts, I have the feeling you didn't read what happened in the game before, cause you don't know the name of someone and you're too lazy to look at it and because you don't know that the random stage is over (or maybe you're just scum trying to start a bandwagon). Therefore, Lowell is scum.

This is a fallacy of sorts, as there may be a plethora of reason why Lowell did not read BESIDES being scum.

Lowell's post of "I just gave you two scum" could be a bussing technique that I have used before. Have a list of two, bus the mafia partner first (Streeflo) and then lead the town to a mislynch (Kuribo).

THis type of play happens entirely too often. I see it non-stop.

If it is, this is a supremely bad time to use it. It seems that that bussing technique (and most others) rests on the scum you are giving up being much more suspicious than you. Since Lowell is much more suspicious than either of them it doesn't really help. Also, this early in the game a myslynch & a scum lynch packaged doesn't really help the town.

Yes and no, in my opinion. This fully lends itself to the fact that the town is more likely to believe someone who has correly found scum. If you're scum and you successfully lead a bus on a mafia member, you get "brownie points" with the rest of the town.

@Sadist - Aren't you more likely to believe someone who has given the town scum rather than someone who hasn't given the town scum?

I see Lowell's play as trapped scum who is trying to bus his partner to gain favor with the town. It would be very foolish to name two parners, but I firmly believe that Lowell is scum and one of the other two people he named is scum as well. I am leaning much more towards Streeflo (as that is where his vote is, currently)

I also have reservations about kuribo, happy, and LML. Kuribo seems to have a bit of the "be conservative, be popular" bug, happy has been opportunisitc with the timing and tone of his posts, and LML generally strikes me as a conservative player pretending to be aggressive.

Never, have I ever, been conservative. Do your research before you make unsubstanciated claims.

I think Lowell is definately a nice lynch today, but I am again increasingly happy with a Someone2 lynch.
