What makes you think Sens will be a good HoH? Have you personally witnessed him practicing good decision making before?
Absolutley. Though, I don't agree with everything he does, I feel he is most qualified (other then me, of course. Because, k'now, I wanna get HoH 1 time).

Yes. That way, they have a better idea of how players would react to crtain things.

2) Do you think HoH should be guided by town? (as in, we still vote, and HoH picks the highest 2 in the VC)
Whatever majority says. I'm not fussy on either, right now.

3) If you are very suspicious of someone, would you pick him together with a seemingly town person if you were HoH to be sure your suspect gets lynched?
I would put him and someone who is very townie, yes. That way, I can further my scumhunting and look for any connections

4) If i were HoH, i would pick ___ and ___

2 people who didn't reason their vote. I think they are mafia who thought they'd get away with anything.

There were 4 votes for Sens. None of them were based on a reason from this game. Not a huge wagon, but a wagon nonetheless.
What am I really going to findout 1 page into Day 1? I think your over questioining, imo.

There are two mafia groups. It's possible for Scum to put in 1 scum and 1 town, as well as 2 scum or 2 town.

We should keep track of who puts who up.

1 post later on (that I see). Game related, showing who he wants for HoH.

Please stop using this game as your personal little trolling area. I am here to play a game, as are most people. You really are doing nothing more then detracting from all of our experiences, playing against your factions win condition, and creating an atmosphere that is going to be much more hostile then is really necessary, and I really dont like playing in those types of games. A few people here know that better then others.

So seriously, play this game right or just go ask for replacement. "Intentionally scummy" or whatever the hell you are doing accomplishes absolutely nothing, regardless of what you are. This just creates a game where you become nearly a necessary lynch, just to prevent the game from being sidetracked.

Play for real, get policy lynched in this game and all others I will see you in, or get replaced.
This. Be forwarned, saber.

No, you definatively haven't.

If a player is being defensive, or 'over defensive', it means they are passionate, that's about it. How in God's name can you say that it's scummy or anti-town for a Town player to defend themselves if they're attacked? Should we just sit back and let people lynch us for stupid arguments?
If all they do once they get atatcked is be defensive and stop scumhunting, then I consider that "overdefensiveness" and a scumtell.

Poor sport, over-defensivness and general anti-town behavior.

@Crazy:

I find that replacing out of games is a bad habit for scum, when noone is listeneing to them. I would never do that, and I'd advise everyone else to do the same. And, just in case you haven't noticed, what Sens is doing is either really childish, or scummy, and he deserves to die because of both.

Why is childish lynch worthy?
ruining the spirit of the game. Making it less fun, difficult to read that person and difficult to think of connections when there bitching at everyone.

Why is replacing out lynch worthy?
Same as above, without the last one. With the exception of being too busy to play, becaus it's actually a good reason. Also, replacing out in a game with 1 week deadlines (like this) makes it tough on everyone else.

Well, 1 out of 5 is
good
for me! Normally it's 0/10. I'm improving.

Honestly, though, I don't understand why people don't just continue to play even when things don't look good for them. I completly wished (and still wish) I didn't nominate Sens page 1, and waitied for some info before I nominated anyone. *bashes head on computer* For me, playing -and having a good time while I'm at it- Is as important (or more) then wininng. If I was to go out Day 1, I WOULD be fine with that, wish my team good luck, then pack my bags and leave (so to speak)

Note to self:
should start playing Newbies, and get better, imo

As for Puzzle 1, that's Lego Star Wars, either 1,2 or the Complete Saga. I don't know that part.

Puzzle 2 looks like skinny jeans.

As saber said, I don't see a case on KMD, so I'd vote for Sens. However, I'll wait untill Paltry has decided if he wants to use his HoH. And Crazy, yes it was what I was talking about then.

PM your guess for the coup. One guess per week.

I agree with the replace kmd with zwet thing. Zwet's done nothing to help, and hardly shows up, where as I don't see why everyone wants saber gone.

I'm liking you already, as your much better then Sens, and you posted fairly quickly.

I just really like anything Big Brother related lol.

Um I can definitely understand why saberwolf should be seriously considered for nomination. Ridiculous history of anti-town behavior that I definitely do not condone and just generally a weak-zwets like player. I also would completely back a Snow_Bunny nomination.
I don't think half these people play with saber in Mish Mash, though, or me, for that matter. For Day 1, I'm drawing upon experiences, then gradually to try and connect people.

Well however players judge you and saberwolf from Mafiascum alone is basically your problem so I don't think it really matters that no one plays with you guys on Mish Mash (whatever that even is).

 Oh well.

Well, it is bad. However, as this game wasn't par tof the deal (I never stated it) he's doing it for fun.

At this point, I'd rather vote bv310, as he is saying he's reading but not giving us any proof he is.

As I've been saying, I have a town vibe from hewitt (general helpfullness and such). I'd much rather vote for bv310 (says he's reading, but only when asked, did he give us anything). Subtle things like that could be the distance between the "town" winning or losing.

I don't trust Ani, so naturally I'm going to vote the other guy:
vote: hewett

Geez, thanks. Voting someone based on if you like the other voter or not doesn't actually count as scumhunting.

Out of bv310/hewitt: bv310. Hewitt looked way more townie, and seemed more helpfuk overall.

Bolded is utter crap. It's not scummy, it's toys and prams. This has been said lots of times and you can't use it as a reason.

Your apparent lack of enthusiasm to come up with original reasoning, however, is scummy, almost active lurking.
So, if evevryone else but you thought the same things on 1 person, there all scummy for it?

FFFFFF. Sens I thought would help (at the beginning) but turned out to be a big pain, which screwed over the town. That made me consider him as scum. Hewitt did none of that.

I just think it's weird that rather than defend the point, you are basically saying that I should be seen as scummy for the same reasons.

Sens and Hewitt share a role PM. If Sens was scum, Hewitt is scum.
That was my first opinion. Don't let him off the hook. After reading his 1st post, I went "Oh wow. Didn't expect that. That was good." And my opinion hasnt changed yet.

Many would like you to believe that I am scum and also
that I am the only one in the game.
Let me remind you, there are 6 scum in this game. They would also like you to believe that scum never work together and plan things out and that any attempt of connecting them is just the ramblings of a bumbling idiot. Well, let me remind you, they are working together and they do have a plan for maximizing the chances of their faction winning.

Unless Snow is evicted today and flips scum, the remaining numbers in this game will be 6 scum vs 6 town. If floater ends up as HoH, they better use their brain and not listen to the majority, because the majority they will be listening to will be scum. The numbers don't lie.

Not reasons. Also, you forgot Llama.

Not true. She explained that there are 6, and noone has forgotten it yet, imo.

Someone like snow bunny was very vocal about sly during D1 and I understand her vote on sly early in nomination phase in D2. The progression that built up with ani is not as clear.

Sly before veto I was thinking he just made a really bad choice, which could have been better. Sorta like he was half thinking. After the veto, I woulda put in zwet. For not showing up like, at all. If he puts in DC for being lurky, and zwet made less posts, with less comntext, then why not putin zwet? He's made really bad decisions throught this entire game that don't seem to help anyone. That's scummy, imo, as there is a guranteed no SKs.

As for asking replacees who they think is scummy right away, it's more so I don't forget it later, as well as to watch their opinions change over time.

I have no idea what you mean by "follow Sly's lead", if you could explain that. anyways.
vote: SnowBunny
for being generally unhelpful, and only really showing up after she was nomm'ed. I'm sure she's going to disapear again.

Next vote coming up in a minute.

Because of Sly's attacks, I think that at least 1 (if not both) of kmd/Platry are confirmed not chenbot. I also think LLama/Crazy are pro-town for being extremly helpful. Hewitt is townish to, for being helpfull, but not quite as much as Llama/Crazy. I'd like to put up Kast, only to see how he fairs up for nomination, so I'm going to
vote:Kast

When Paltry veto'd kmd, it could've meant that he was either saving a scumbouddy or he honestly though kmd was a bad choice. I don't think Sly would've bussed a partner into there.

How am I supposed to explain this? They helped the town by giving suggestions, saying what they wanted to, and being a general good townie.

On a personal opinion, I think we should start sending in random people each time to see how they think (and several other possible things). and Kast seems to be fairly neutral to me, as him and bv just replaced in.

I would also like to see:

MrFinch
bv310
Sir down (with the exception of pabs, as I think he's already explained a lot)

I'd say the less real opinion they had, the more they should go up (I have no idea why I'm thinking that, as it makes me a prime nomination candidate, by other's standards, but oh well).

Commenting on that my posts are always short, well, they are always short. I don't see the point in a wall'o text as I'd just go TL DR and pass by it.

I had no idea Kas had the coup'detat in the first place. Nothing changes. In fact, if he uses coup'detat just to save himself, I'd consider it scummy.

Animorph seems the best bet for scum and most informative lynch today.

Secondary targets aren't really that important. If I had to nominate a second, I'd probably nominate Saber(BV) based on the possible protection from Sly.

AM is obviously targetting me since I pointed out his interactions with Hewitt. He's probably also trying to force a waste of the Coup d'etat power.
I'd say the less real opinion they had, the more they should go up
This completely fails. I've shared my opinions on things, and most all were shared well before anyone else even touched on the subjects. Just because everyone else waits 2 or 3 days before engaging in discussion on things I've already shared my thoughts about, doesn't mean I never posted.
Um, I disagree. I'd rather see less opinonated people go up then ones who have expresssed thereselfes this entire game. Their going under the radar, and I don't wanna let that happen.

@ url bit: I'm just being fair. Wether you use the coup'd etat is up to you. Like I said before, I had NO IDEA you had it. So, explain to me how if I had no idea you have coup'detat, how I could strategize to make you waste coup'etat, without using probobilities.

I can sort of understand why everyone wants me to get eliminated. However, I am trying my best, not only to not get evicted, but to improve my playstyle, as I'm sure that's what makes me come across as scummy all the time. If anyone would like to help, just say so and shgoot me a PM post-game.

@AM-
Your statement doesn't match with your actions. You don't actually care about opinions, you just want to attack players who don't post that frequently, regardless of whether the posts they have made had content (opinions) or not.

Stating you didn't know I had coup d'etat is a BS excuse. If you are scum, you're obviously lying. You're pretty obv-scum
I agree, it probably is. But that's my story. I saw farside posted that someone had coup'd etat, but I never read any further, and never saw anyone post anything about it fro the next page or so, so I forgot about it.

Honestly, I'm surprised I'm not up for elimination.

I think I know who I wanna eliminate, but I'm just going to stay cool for a bit before I rush to any decisions (like last elimination).

I do think using the Coup'd etat soon is important. Because:

A) Like hewitt says, if someone had it untill LYLO with a scumbuddy, that would be very powerful
B) If Kast is scum he'll use it when a scumbuddy is up. Henceforth giving us a third scum.

One of my posts that you quoted was me tryingto scumhunt.

B) When he does come up with a conclusion, that conclusion is often questionable. I could go on about his conclusion on SensFan again after he flaked, but instead bring this post about Sly up:
animorpherv1 wrote:@ Paltry:
Nice find with the PoV. Everyone who is voting SlySly may want to take a look at his post under it. It shows that he can be maniuplated easily, which is not a good quality for HoH.
Whuzza? Nice find with the Veto? I guess if reading the rules is a nice find. Sly is manipulated easily? PULEASE! The guy went off on a tangent all by his lonesome and it got him evicted. Craziness.
The maniuplated easily part was me trying to scumhunt. Easy mauipulation = Changes mind a lot = no firm idea = Scummy
C) And just amazingly honest, yet scummy things.
animorpherv1 wrote:@kmd:

Yup. Being ignored in this game (to a point) seems like a good idea. It keeps you off the radar and less likley to be up for elimination.
Oh. Yeah. Not participating is a good thing.
The two points for him, in my mind at this time, is that he's played more Mish Mash games than he ever has played mafia games.
Yes.
The guy doesn't play mafia. So... newb read perhaps?
've been trying to get back into things, as I don't play mafia all that often.
Secondly, he went against the all-town initiative against saber to get him evicted early on.
I dunno though. Not looking around scares me into thinking he's complacent because he knows one scum team already. Scummy vibe.

That's a gross misrepresentation. My vote on Crazy is based on their contributions and the fact that is plainly clear for everybody to see is that Crazy has not taken the effort Paltry has to be helpful to the rest of the town and instead sits back and hides in the shadows. And that's pretty much all Crazy has done this entire game.
If you find 3 games with Krazy as scum where he does do this, I might change my mind. Altough it's too late to change my vote now.

Absolutely I would have. I would have put up Sir and Ani. (or just Ani if I had the POV). Saving it when the most scummy players are still up doesn't help anybody.

Just a note, to anyone who didn't think Snow was scummier then me before, how she doesn't nominate me. Where as everyone else will. Extremly scummy.

Finch - Somewhat surprised, but not much. he helped out more, especially at the beginning, but lose it at the end, and seemed to just dissapear.

A) Only at the extreme. If someone is being generally helpful, but not overly, then they are town. Also, IMO, If al lthey are doing is scumhunting, and being roboitc (not showing any emotion0, then too much scumhunting + roboticness = yes.

Sly wagon in a bit.

Personally, I see that as a WIFOM-ish town-tell for her, in that she's not going for the easy way out. Why do you think it's scummy?
I'm looking at it in a different way.

Not voting for someone who everyone else (but me, obv) seems to agree is obv. scum means (to me) that she's scum trying to look like she's trying to keep me safe. I think that's what SB is doing.

And Sly stuff soon, hopefully.

SLY VOTES:

My vote: Rushed. It was a/the right decision (saying so because SB is alive and we don't know if she's town). Looking back, same vote, but I would've waited a bit.

Finch: Voting who he's most assured of. Not a bad decision, but sometimes risks are worth taking.

Kast: Not a bad vote on his part. Has some reasoning, but not a ton (in that post in partivular)

Crazy: Voting Sly because "Snow's posts seem a lot more earnest".
@Crazy: Is that still the case? Without the fact that Sly is scum, would you still be voting for Sly?

bv310: Claiming to be suspicious of both, but Sly is scummier for "Scummy behaviour, tunnelling, and overall feel" . Not a bad vote, IMO.

Voting Sly because he had more votes. This
could be a scum-tell for Snow
or Sir may have just been lazy.

I didn't answer this? Oh well, why not now.

It wasn't the fact that he replaced out, it was the fact that he got enraged and quit out of fury. The way he did it makes all the difference. Getting enraged and qutting when your mad is
BAD
. Wait a minute when your calm
then replace out
, it'l lmake all the difference.

I'm saying that scum who are enraged are more likley to quit. Here's why.

Something didn't go right -> Less mistakes you should make -> I'm being looked at bad! -> More likeley to get lynched -> This isn't good -> replace out and hope a better replacement comes for your spot.

Note: Good Scum players who play well as town will know how to get around this path. Also, anything in brackets indicate thought.

Well, The first one is obvious (That didn't go as well as I hoped)

The second is like (If I make another mistake then my team is closer to losing). Note, people start do look at this person at THIS STAGE.

The third is (Oh crap. Someone else do something scummy so all attention goes away from me)

If 3 doesn't happen, 4 is (Well, that didn't go as planned. Make up a story to explain! Don't want votes)

Then, they get voted on (Oh man, I'm caught. Do something townie)

If nothing at all goes right, then (I'm sure someone else can do better).

That's why I was talking to Sens like that. Since Sens responded so violently, it triggered the (Yes! I've got scum!) and I continued to pursuse him. He continued to respond violently that way to everything I said, and I continued to pursuse. Eventually he couldn't find a way out so he hopped for the best and replaced out.

IMO, Only scum would get as agittated that Sens did. Town will get agittated, but not so much that they replace out because of someone else.

On a scale of 1 (Just a tad) to 10 (I wanna replace out NOW!!!!!!!), SensFan was nearing (if not at, or past) a 10. That's the way I took it. Avg. townie would be like 3-5 max.

Question:

Since your not getting pissed at me right now, does that make you scummy?

Why am I not surpised?

Possible connection between Crazy / kmd:

Putting in bv instead of kmd, when bv's been less scumym latley (read: 2 noms noone agreed with)

Question to ALL:

kmd said he's confident that he had at least 1 scum, if not 2 in his nom's. Does this change anyone's mind about Crazy?

Yes. It'd be a bit late to say everyone cosiders me as scum, almost always, but look back at the other games I've played (if you can find them), and you'll see is in most of them I've been lynched. But I feel like I am. I'm scumhunting (even if it doesn't look so) and trying to eliminate both scumteams. I know (a lot of the time) town get lynched in the fight to find scum, so if I do get lynched (eliminated?) then I'd like to see what some other players could do. It will give a better read of those players ( to me, HoHing someone will give you a better read on them) so you can determine if their scum or not.
