I suppose I should clarify; I don't like it when people jump onto wagons without saying anything else in their post.-

...Kind of. Gives me a better feel for the players in the game but I haven't gleaned any tells.charter wrote:Sloth, have your questions provided any useful information to you? (just looking for a "yes" or "no")
I like RVS wagons, and think they're a good way of getting the whole stage over and done with.Vi wrote:
Then it should be okay for you to give me YOUR opinion about the wagons right now, right?Sloth 39 wrote:Never said I was. I've only been asking about RVS wagons.
I'd also like to know what you think of Empking's accusation.
I find Empking's accusations bizarre, cause I feel like at least attempting to be helpful is a whole lot better than doing nothing at all. If his feeling is just gut, I understand that, but calling me out for asking questions just seems odd.
@Juls: I see your point. No reason in holding on to my RV.

I didn't see it that way. At least it got us talking.Empking wrote:

@Vi: I picked out hiplop because of what he's done so far, which is only sheeping on a point already made by Empking (about the length/quality of Looker's post) and then throwing down a random vote. He just doesn't seem do be doing anything good ATM.
Neuky, are you only voting me for the "buddying" accusation? It was more of a clarification as to why I thought that vote felt weird, which Vi brought up.
Also, I don't understand why me saying long nights are boring as all hell is scummy. They are.-

Because people started talking about something else. The questions about wagons were just to get people talking, really, like I've said before.Neuky wrote:@Sloth
You've made it your early mission to question people about wagons. I assume you've done this for a good scum-hunting reason. I can't see it, but that's fine, as long as it's important to you.
Then there's this dialogue you had with Quilford.
He says:Sloth wrote:Quilford, same question to you. What are your thoughts on RVS wagons?
You reply:Quilford wrote:They're fine, but I don't like people jumping onto them without offering at least a semblance of a reason.
He says:Sloth wrote:What do you think of the two wagons we have going right now? Did you purposefully refrain from joining one?
You don't let him off the hook:Quilford wrote:What wagons? I suppose I should clarify; I don't like it when people jump onto wagons without saying anything else in their post.
But that's where it ends. The bolded part never got a response from him, and you just seemed to drop it.Sloth wrote:There were two votes each on Vi and Empking.
Also, Vi, he just read the scummiest to me at that point. Maybe it's just noobishness but his lack of any sort of opinion about the game is weak - however, I feel like his openness about his apathy is leaning towards a town tell.
UNVOTE: Hiplop
VOTE: Quilford
Get this wagon rollin'.-

This seems like scum trying to get a wagon off him, especially with having such a respected player's vote already on his side.-

I'm sorry, whether someone's respected or notdoes not make an ounce of a differencein this game.
UNVOTE: hiplop

Why is me saying this scummy, besides the obvious OMGUS reasons? Here's my logic:
1. Quilford gets wagon on him. Panics.
2. Vi votes for hiplop.
3. Quilford thinks "Oh, people will sheep Vi because they'll think he's right! Better start this wagon rolling to get this pressure off me!"
Perfectly sane.-

GonnaUnvoteSince I in no way want the day to end right now.
The bolded statement is the reason for this: VOTE: Charter

Meh, disagree. I think he's pushing for an easy town lynch D1.
Anyways hiplop is back to being scummy. In your eyes, hip, what is the reason you're voting Quilford?-

Well with me being not familiar with people's meta I'm purely judging charter on this game's actions, and I disagree with you on the first statement you made.-

I still have this gut thing about charter that isn't going away but it looks like his lynch is going to have to wait - not enough time to start something.
Honestly, though, I don't feel great about any of the current lynch candidates - hiplop could swing both ways due to his noobishness and Quilford is definitely town. I'm also not sold on Scott, so that leaves Empking as the scummiest of the four. Plus the wagon has pretty much all townreads of mine on it.

anyways, best we can do now is hope Empking flips scum (he was my 3rd highest scum read if you were wondering) until tommorow :/
hopefully I can get a post in later before the lock :0
If empking flips town this post becomes very scum-looking-for-town-cred-ish.-

Convincing me that Charter is town.
DarthYoshi's sheep vote is much much worse than Vi's or Faraday's because I honestly don't think he knows why he's voting for Twisted or why Twisted is confirmed scum.-

Jesus, charter, just saying that my points aren't specific doesn't make them not-specific when I specifically talked about the specific things that were specifically scummy about you specifically.
Sloth wrote:Quilford's recent postings to me make me pretty much 100% certain that he's town. Let's get off him now okay.
Charter's continual push on Quilford after the claim seems to me like he's scum trying to revive what he thought would be an easy lynch.
FoS charter

Do you think charter has a better chance of being scum than Twistedspoon, even though you agree that Teaspoon isconfirmedclaimed scum?
Again, would you please stop putting words into my mouth. This type of misquoting is getting scummy. I never agreed that TS was confirmed or claimed scum. Claimed scum is obviously an exaggeration - I thought what he did in twilight was scummy, yes, but that doesn't make him 100% scum in my eyes.
And yes, I think charter definitely has a better chance of being scum than twisted.-

DarthYoshi wrote:@Hiplop: Re-read TS's initial post after Emp was hammered by Pappums. Everything about it screams that he knew Emp was going to flip town, and he was distancing himself from it.
^Sloth's above post (#526) pretty much confirms him as scum if TS also flips scum. Sloth's #443 actually is the first to point out said scumminess, but now, Sloth is relatively unconvinced that TS is scum after all. Additionally, while yes, Sloth's suspicion of Charter in D1 is well-documented, his voting pattern went: Charter-Hiplop-Emp. What happened to Hiplop suspicions? Can't keep your story straight, Sloth?
Let's lynch TS. If he flips scum, I demand a Sloth lynch tomorrow. (If this hypothesis is correct, Charter becomes probtown, but whatever.)
Huh? When did I say I was relatively unconvinced? When did I ever say that I think TS is town? I think he's scum, just like the rest of you. I just didn't think it was worth it to push a wagon that hard on the first page of D2 when I still think charter is scum, scummier than Twisted.
Charter, my reasons for lynching you aren't crap just cause you say they are. That's not how this game works. Just because a 'nilla claims doesn't mean you go into auto-lynch mode. Quilford's actions after the claim pretty much cleared him as town, in my eyes. If you believe that that is good town strategy, why aren't you still pushing for a Quilford lynch?-
