CKD: I agree. Usually somebody just flips the "no lynch" suggestion out of nowhere and doesn't really use any arguments on why it should be. I still don't agree with a no lynch but I am interested in how this has really picked up discussion

I'm not lurking. I haven't seen a subject that I feel strongly about to comment on. I believe the note on Adam is worthy of discussion but since we have 50% of the people on both sides of the fence with it, I'm comfortable looking for other possible lynches here in Day 1. You can rip me for not steering conversation but saying I'm lurking is completely stupid. I didn't realize that I was voted the leader of the town. I'll try and keep up my end than.

When did anyone say you had to steer conversation? CKD and others were quite clearly asking you to
contribute
to things. Who do you think is suspicious? Who don't you think is suspicious? etc. No one ever said you had to lead the town - not quite sure where you got that from.

After reading all the posts the thing that stood out the most to me was thin mans vote of wario in post 57. There is no explanation of this at all. Simenon: I've played in a few games with Aimee and she's usually more vocal (hence why I said she was quiet earlier) Nothing to jump on is odd? What's the difference of saying that or "I've got nothing to say" aren't they the same? I disagree on your metagaming, ask anyone's who's played with me before the only difference I have in this game with my normal playstyle is how the game began (with the note) and since it seems to be a free pass to Day 2 (I haven't seen alot of pressure votes to get Adam talking after the note came out) my suspect list is very minimal. I'm just waiting for something to get into detail about. The only thing I've seen is pdcakes throwing my name as suspcious because I haven't said anything (in his words) seems like a possible scum way to bring up somebody (me) who hasn't had any suspicion on me (rightfully so) the entire game.

Mod: We also need a vote count.

pdcakes: His early opinions on Adam/Simenon seem to be forced a little bit. I feel like he’s trying to lead the town down the wrong road and I’m not liking it.

Adam the Amazing/Simenon: Obviously the “note” leads me to believe something is up and his defense on it for a few pages and than POOF he disappears. Guilty until proven innocent in my eyes. Simenon stating that more pressure should be on him (his predecessor) is pretty funny actually. The game tried pressure, Adam didn’t really respond and than it was dropped………. Maybe I’ll pick it back up again.

Aimee: The last game I played with her when she attempted to lead a town with “most suspicious lists” she turned out to be scum. I haven’t seen enough from her to say she’s innocent, so in my mafia world you are guilty until proven innocent.

I’m also not feeling ckd at the moment. I was never PUSHED to provide a list. I posted one and than got jumped for it. You are awfully quick to throw suspicion on other’s lists when it’s exactly what you asked people to do. Make up your mind son.

For now Simenon I'm gonna take your advice and apply more pressure to you

Yet I was still looked upon as scummy enough to be lynched, so obviously I'm not playing townie enough and people are going after me for anything and everything. So I'm taking everything into account when I vote people, look at their playstyles and decide if they are scummy enough to be lynched. It's cautious but I'm still active.

Actually to be honest I'm considering voting Aimee at this point and I'm not afraid of being ripped on for doing a bandwagon. Why are you so dead set against Aimee being voted CKD? I feel as though she rushed through her big player breakdown, she's lurked the entire game EVEN when she called me out on not participating. But it was also stated that if there was a TIE than there would be no lynch. Listen whether you made a mistake or not isn't up for discussion, you could easily be lying about knowing what was the proper procedure or not. If you would have properly read the thread (especially the latest pages) BEFORE casting your vote you would have known the procedure as it was stated in the thread by the mod. Your vote looks calculated and a way to lynch off a townie, hence why you are my #1 suspect here in Day 2.

pdcakes: Just something that's puzzling to me but isn't it possible both notes are fake? I'm not saying they are but both notes could be done for discussion and not have any real baring on the game BUT it also could be true that both notes are 100% true. Also one could be true and one false. I think we should keep a close eye on the notes BUT to base a vote or lynch squarely on them would be silly (not saying you are just a statement)

Looking back through the posts SirWario hasn't really made a large deal about the notes, he's talked about them but not used them to try and lynch somebody. He could be telling the truth and it could be proven very easily with us telling him what to write for Day 3. The vig claim still makes me nervous as CKD wasn't really under alot of pressure at the time of his claim and it seemed silly to claim this early.

I'm having a hard time figuring out IF SirWario is scum why he would admit to writing the notes so early and not under any pressure? I have a slight problem though with one thing about telling him what to write for a note, what if he's roleblocked? That is the only scenario I can think of that would make him look guilty IF he's telling the truth. Other than that I'm satisfied with the claim

Umm as far as I can tell, Theop basically changed the voting rules near deadline, he didn't change the frontepage to reflect this. Simenon misses the game for a few days and notices it's at deadline. He pops in past where Theo changed the rule, sees that no one has a true majority and does what he believes is preventing a deadline No lynch. It's a perfectly valid explination the way things look. I could see an argument why scum would do it, but I don't see why you can't accept this fine explination. Why assume that someone is lying?

There were enough posts suggesting where we were vote wise and if he didn't know, WHY vote? Voting without evidence is darn right reckless and you know it. Why are you sticking up for him? Or just a clever way for you to latch onto somebody you KNOW is town because you're scum?

#2 I never just "vote" so that I don't vote. I state a case, read the evidence and make a decision. Just doing something is NOT pro town

2 and 3 look like the same point to me. Simenon saw the game was at deadline. He looked at the deadline rules on the first page(which were incorrect) and thought his vote was necessary to prevent a No lynch. Seems like a good explination to me. The fact that the vote was unneccessary for a lynch only works just as much for your case as against it.

4) Post 643 says you are fairly certain that Gorgon, ckd, pdcakes, and Thin_man are town YET you give no reasons for WHY they are town

I see 2 times in the game you listed your least suspicious players and never explained them. Thin_man refused to give reasoning for absolutely anything.
Basically you took the fact that Simenon hadn't read and turned it into 3 points, and added on the fact that he doesn't want to explain his town list. Those seem like two minor tells to me. Somehow from this you managed to get 90% sure that Simenon is scum. Idk, but if he is, this case looks more like bussing than scumhunting.

what's your opinion of this case.

I'm sorry but your vote on me is incorrect. I did lay low on Day 1, I won't disagree but I also watched people's voting patterns, their motives for voting and what they did when pushed on certain issues. Simenon, to me jumps out as scum and if you don't agree with my reasoning that is your opinion but I have stated tells that I saw and I picked up on.
