After discussing the situtation with some people, I've come to the conclusion that the only reasonable course of action is to modkill Nekka-Lucifer. No talking outside the thread is one of the bigger rules in online mafia, and newbieness is not an excuse for it. From what info I've gathered, A Papaya will only get a warning (I would have prefered it if you had PMed me about this situation directly, rather than post it in the thread.)

Questions: Does anyone know exactly why Nekka-Lucifer was kicked out? Can we get a quote? Is that against the rules?

Roles, Night choices, and some comments

First, there were basically no traditional power roles in this game, with the exception of the roleblocker, but rather tweaks of roles that weakened them. For the most part, town didn't really need them, as xyzzy, xdaamno, and McStab were put under pressure at various times. (Sonicpulsar was fairly unlucky to get roleblocked at the time he did.)

I was hoping scum would take more of a chance at guessing names among the All-Stars.

There's one role that never got used at all this game, much to my dismay. That role is also my reason for making this game a day start game (and Nekka-Lucifer getting modkilled messed that up).

Mafia: xyzzy, Xdaamno, Sonicpulsar

You three, Xdaammo (Stephon Marbury), xyzzy (Steve Francis) and McStab (Nate Robinson), are part of the New York Knicks Point Guards mafia; you'll stop New York from being the laughing stock of the league by killing all of those so-called All-Stars.

Comment: The fact that Jason Kidd wasn't in the 2006 All Star Game completely slipped my mind. In my defense, I did provide a link giving the list of all 2006 All Stars in the first post.
