I want to help Bingle's cause here. I don't really think she was signaling tbh, and my first impression from Ausuka's posts was that she felt confident in what she was saying. Initially I liked this but after reading over her ISO the confidence reads little scummy to me. Part of this has to do with me personally being more confident when I'm scum, and I know I can't really accurately apply that to other people but I want to push this gut feeling and this wagon anyway

The Bulge - Apparently, the main thrust of Bulge's scum read on me was my leading question at Ausuka. I had thought there was a significant portion to do with the mech speak accusation, but on reread it does seem very reasonable that that callout was nonspecific and not actually aimed at me. Bulge's accusation that it's ridiculous I would think so is, imo, silly, since his clarification that it wasn't actually about mechspeak was directly quoting a post about people specifically calling me out for mechspeak. The implication there, to me, was that the 388 was in fact singling me out. I don't really think that is unreasonable. Of the people voting me, I think this is the worst vote, but I don't particularly think it makes Bulge scum.

she expressed a townread on me several times (161, 570, 914). She also found Merlyn's vote on me scummy at the beginning of the game (164). She voted Black and Merlyn with me even when I was otherwise getting flak for that (1003) which I would think scum!me would like to have her around to ease off some of the pressure from my Merlyn vote that I was bound to get on D2. Also she said me being a townread is one of the reasons she felt okay with a Merlyn wagon (914) and said she wasn't interested in a wagon on me with a big nope (1100) which I think are both pretty high accolades. I also think that scum are on the whole more likely to prioritise killing people who are likely to be town rather than killing people who scumread them or whatever.

Osuka isn't 'as' clear of a read for me. It is based off vibes from previous games where they seemed way more aggressive. It really wasn't until the back and forth got going with Bingle didn't come out, but seemed a bit manufactured. I mentioned I this Ausuka has a high probability of being scum as well, this is partly because they were in the first game I was with Osuka and they keep saying they are just as, or more aggressive here, something isn't jiving there.

I disagree. It was rushed but that exact reason might be why scum voted there in the first place. In hindsight knowing black's flip that should be obvious, but scum had 11/13 chance of hitting town, and the less discussion on one the better, so i agree with umlaut that there should be at least one more scum on the wagon. Scum would gain to rush a wagon that they knew at least didn't have their team, lest the discussion turn around and hit one of them. You have to realize self preservation comes before the preservation of the entire scum team.

I don't think FB does the humorous tunnel on Bingle D1 as partners cuz like that put Bingle in some real dangers I think. Firebringer probably would be the kind of player to do that but I don't think it makes all that much sense to do it except that it's funny which it is but probably not partnered. I couldn't get much from Bingle's half but the nullmeta conversation (1244) feels like it is maybe not s/s. Verdict: probably not partners

I couldn't find much stuff that was interesting here. 557 piqued my interest cuz I'm not entirely sure what Cook was getting at if anything but I don't really think Osuka was defending the mechtalkers. He was saying that mechtalk is NAI (480) which I guess is kind of a defense but I'm not sure why Cook brings it up which makes the reaction seem a little inordinate? Idk if that's the right word. Like,, a weird takeaway maybe. Ausuka was kind of attacking Bingle for mechtalk (215) and also Firebringer was too. This makes me suspect that if Cook slot is scum there might be partnership with someone in those three (or maybe more if I'm forgetting some sort of mechtalk whatever) which isn't necessarily Ausuka. Also this isn't a very strong lead anyway lol. Sheep and Ausuka have been more or less townreading each other all game. Sheep does disagree with Black finding Bingle's push on Ausuka townie, saying it's a little scummy, and he finds her "too-wolfy-to-be-wolf" read townie also (752) so I think this could come from partners. Ausuka expressing paranoia about her Sheep TR (1570) feels a little unpartnered cuz I don't think she would need to sway off her TR on her partner in that situation. Verdict: idk it could go either way but I think I'm leaning a little tiny bit towards unpartnered.

I don't think the snark in 472 comes from partners. They would probably not so apt to questioning their partner's core logic-brain-stuffs. If I'm remembering right Ausuka valiant supporting the sheepist cause by voting Drew 1044 put him in some real danger. Also lots of humorous argumentation and bickering and suchlike (351, 352, 472, 638, 780, 1090, 1279 (I have this in my notes as "Drew is Walder Wide)) which if they were theater that would be cray cray. Verdict: doubt this is the team

why not simply leave meuh alive so bingle keeps tunneling/pushing her?

the easiest answer is because bingle is scum so these calculations were never made by such a hypothetical scum team. bingle shot meuh in order to make the argument that he wouldnt shoot meuh hence he is town which is kind of a bullshit line of reasoning anyway.

I think there's a solid possibility of this being TvT with Pooky just latching onto a hero solve and confbiasing his way into this hole, and an outside chance he's actually right and we're all being played for fools, but like.

If Datisi descended from the heavens and said one of them MUST be scum, gun to head I'd go for Pooky.

He's hyperfocusing on a specific aspect that I don't think actually aligns with the reality of the situation, and Bingle's defense pretty much matches my perception of events.

So here's my thing. A hypothetical sheep townflip forces me to reevaluate the game as I presently understand it, and in the event that I'm wrong, I want that opportunity to reevaluate. I don't want to be stuck with sheep in ELo, and ESPECIALLY not both sheep and Drew.

If this Bingle/Pooky 1v1 absolutely MUST be resolved today, I will vote for Pooky. But I won't follow through onto Bingle until after I have an answer on sheep.

I will alternatively move to Drew, who is tied into my sheep read and would also be a place I looked for a partner if I knew that I were wrong about Bingle, so it would serve to either win, or provide context that actually helps me solve after.

Unfortunately, either Pooky or Bingle flipping green... leaves me in the exact same spot I'm at now. It just wastes a day eliminating a townread, just like we did yesterday with osuka, and I don't want to do that again.
